This company WILL NOT give you an arrival time or estimated timeframe of arrival. You are at their discretion and required to wait around all day for their call/text. It is now 1618hrs and I've taken the day from work for a possible costly repair and for no tech to call or show. It's sad a company that provides a service can't in return respect possible customers time and give beneficial updates or cancellation notices. The installation itself self was very quick, but because the fixture had more than just a few crystals that needed to be individually attached, it took a bit longer. But he attached them, one-by-one, and kept a great attitude though it was a tedious thing to do. The job was completed without a hitch. I would highly recommend and will be using him for my other electrical jobs going forward.
