Called Mike in February 2026 and he told me that it sounded as though it was the service from GA Power to the house, so I had them come out and they noticed an issue on the neutral and installed a bridge, resolving the issue for 2 months. The issue returned and Mike came out today to make sure that all of the connections were tight and called GA Power telling them of the problem. This time GA Power sent out 2 line trucks and replaced the electrical cables from the transformer down the street to the pole feeding the power to my house. Mike and his son stayed the entire time (3 hours) to make sure that everything was working properly after GA Power completed the replacement to ensure that everything was working properly, which it was.
