I went up and checked before, during and post work and we are so pleased. We are now properly vented and have airflow, have all areas sealed, vent fans sealed correctly and enough insulation. It took only about an hour for the estimate, including the 1/2 hour the gentleman took to write it up and provide photos, work to be done and costs (in a color pamphlet!). He also reviewed what was found and what work should be done and why. We were really impressed. The actual work was scheduled week later and took 2 days (did not take an entire day each day). They were quick, clean, put up plastic barriers to protect the walls, house and floor. No leakage of any debris or old soiled insulation occurred. 10/10 would hire again. Note: they took care if the PSE rebates and were recommended by PSE.

After the work, I discovered an unusual amount of dust accumulating in my house and tracked it down to the attic intake duct not being sealed and the new blow in cellulose insulation being sucked into my air system. I removed the blow in insulation to seal it and found all the shoddy work done by the Crawl Pros crew: unsealed ducts, horribly sloppy foam spray sealing, wrapped ducts with large gaps where insulation is missing, old rat droppings not cleaned up, sand from blasting not vacuumed, bent blow in depth gauge to mislead about actual insulation depth, old insulation re-used and buried, loose staples from a failed staple gun, and damaged hardwood floor near attic entrance. I had the pleasure of working with Randy. We needed repairs done in our master bathroom, where the roof had failed, and left a huge mold spot on our ceiling. The spores had also spread over time, and left a musty smell in the house. Randy was very professional, showed up on-time for our initial consultation, and honest about his assessment. Admittedly, it took us a couple of weeks before we reached out to schedule an appointment (life happens!), and we were pleasantly surprised that Randy was unavailable due to business travel regarding mold solutions - that's a man dedicated to his job! And then we had two days of work. Both project managers, Eric and Greg were wonderful people. They did their best. I really appreciate it to work. And, overall, the team did a good job based on what I can tell from outside. They worked clean, they were respectful, they showed up on time. The only problem, and that's the reason that I only give 3 star, but not 5 star, is there is this one person in office, Lori. She's really hard to work with. She has an attitude. I had some question about this invoice. Some numbers initial didn't make sense to me. But the way she handles things with attitude, she gives me this tone while speaking - she is too much frustrated and frustrating customers too. If i am paying $8,000, i will ask question. I think that's the only thing that was down. I will consider it's Super Attic solutions -, maybe in the future, assuming that they're going to fix the folks in office and their attitude.

Jesus and Brandon were respectful of the space -- for example, when they had to take down some heavy closet doors and lean them against a wall, they put a cloth between the doors and the wall so as not to scratch the wall. They suggested fixes that in my mind went above and beyond, such as putting a layer of primer on the sheathing to help it resist moisture, should my roof leak again in the future. Hopefully I'll never need them again in the future, but if I do, they'll be the ones I call first.
