Pedicure

Just got a day spa pedicure here and it was perfect! Lisa was my technician, she did an incredible job from start to finish. Loved the lavender scrub and foot/leg massage. She did a great job on my toes as well. I enjoyed everything so much I opted to get a 10 minute back massage while my nails were drying. Lisa is an absolute magician when it comes to massage. She hit shoulders, neck, arms, head with just the right pressure--I feel so relaxed. Thank you Lisa!! Will definitely be back.

Nice manicure and buff! Great work by Honey Nails on Myrtle Ave Brooklyn.

When I saw that this salon got only three average stars, I had to chime in. I've been coming to this place ever since they opened a few years ago. I'm a guy, so I only need basic mani-pedis-- no polish needed. But still: it's an ultra-clean, high-ceilinged, well-appointed space. The staff is excellent across the board. Every single time I've been here, I've been treated with utmost kindness, and better yet, skilled excellence. Not the case in other more seedy places I've encountered. And the price is right. Today I paid $26 for a simple manicure with a "buff," which beats clear polish any day! Very satisfied I am, and I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

SNS Powder #72

The *only* place around that knows how to properly soak off and do a decent SNS mani. The prices are higher than your average salon but this place is clean, friendly and comfortable. I did not experience the poor customer service I'm reading in other reviews. SNS removal + SNS mani was $62 (my normal place in the city is $50). Update: Joy is incredible with SNS! Second photo.

I wasn't going to write a review until my nails started breaking off in less than two weeks. This place isn't worth the money if you're looking for "extensions" or as it's more commonly known, a full set of acrylic nails. They use some kind of dipping in powder method followed by layers of nail glue, that is all. I was confused by this and wasn't confident in these nails lasting longer than they did. But I didn't complain and paid over 80$ for something as durable as press on nails. I am effortlessly breaking off the remaining nails as I'm typing this.

Just had the best experience at this nail salon. I live right on the same street a few blocks down so the commute is extremely convenient. I scheduled for an eyebrow waxing, SNS manicure, and a basic pedicure. Lisa did a great job on all three. The pedicure was so relaxing and calm and she didn't go overboard on the eyebrow wax like many places do. One of of the rare places that my eyes don't tear up from the harsh and hot wax. At the last minute I decided to switch my SNS manicure to a gel manicure and they were super understanding. I even gave Lisa a reference design photo and she worked tediously to make it as accurate as possible. Overall, I think the price is very reasonable and the service was amazing. 10/10 for the salon and 10/10 for Lisa! Will definitely be returning to try out all the other nail techs. Thanks Honey Nail Salon!

Price list

I did the basic manicure (19) and the express pedicure (24). Pay in cash and it is 5% off the total price. If you pick a premium nail polish it's an extra 2 dollars. The basic manicure was okay. Color was neatly done however the length of one of my nails is off. The express pedicure was meh for the price (Brief foot soak, nail cutting, cuticle cutting not included and brief leg rub). I have been to other salons in Manhattan which have charged around the same if not a little more and the whole experience of the pedicure was a lot more enjoyable. Giving this this place three stars because the service was great. However the quality of services were okay. I expected more given the prices.

Just received an INCREDIBLE manicure by Lin- she did such an amazing job on my nails - I can't recommend this salon enough. I come here regularly because it is close to my apartment, but even if I moved I would still travel to this location. Lin took her time to make sure I was satisfied with every aspect of my manicure. She is so talented and precise. I was in awe with her attention to detail. The support staff is extremely helpful as well, and very friendly and professional. Great vibes, so relaxing, incredible salon.

I've lived in Bedstuy for 2 years and Honey is a needed addition. I went in for a mani-pedi and Kim did a great job. I love the comfortable pedicure stations and their focus on sanitation. They offer hot tea as well, which was really nice. Pricing is a little higher than other places I've been in the city, but they do a really nice job. If you pay in cash they will give you their loyalty card, which is points based. When you hit 200 points you receive $10 off services.

2 weeks and counting!!!! I have been extremely rough on my hands too and the only way it's coming off if I soak it off or it grows out!

I kept hearing about Honey nail salon and I figured let me give it a try since the nail salon I use to go to shut down recently. However I must admit I was a bit skeptical when I drove by for some odd reason but to my delight this nail salon is a HIT!!!! It is extremely clean and my nail technician was very knowledgeable and very cool!! I would have loved my feet to be scrubbed a little more to smooth out the roughness but overall I will take the cleanliness over the abrasive scrub down. I got gel in my hands and I kid you not, it has lasted so far over 2 weeks and counting!!! I have been extremely rough on my nails too! The only way it's coming off is either I soak it off or it grows out. I can't wait to go back!!!! BTW Ask for Alexa! She's awesome!!!!

Beautiful, newish and clean (or so I thought) nail salon. I always pass by so I decided to stop in…read morebecause they offer structure gel. Service was friendly. The structure gel took a long time so I thought it was going to be perfect and last long. However the very next day (10/3) I got a big chip. Went back to fix it (10/4) and then the next day (10/5) I see that many of my fingers have small chips that are most likely going to turn into big ones. To top it all off my finger is swollen, red, warm and tender!!! The tenderness began a day after on 10/3, as if from an infection. But by 10/5 my finger was swollen as if it was going to burst and 10/6 the cuticle was filled with puss. They did clip my cuticles alottttt. Like first one lady prepped my nails and clipped the cuticles but then the lady who actually applied the gel did it again before she started. So I'm pretty sure it's from that. I wanted to love this place but I'll never be back. I guess that's what I get for trying an out a spot and not sticking with my old faithful and to think I paid $85 for this service plus a tip. Update: I went back today 10/6 and was refunded. They were apologetic but I still won't be back.

A surprising oasis in the crowded nail space. The host was really sweet: I really just wanted my…read morenails soaked, and my cuticles cleaned up, and of course that's not an option anywhere, so she taught me to bring a bunch of OPI colors over to pick a tint closest to clear that I'd vibe with. Angela was super sweet and expert, and the whole experience (organic manicure) was $30 cash, and I felt fab afterwards. Give it a whirl, and see for yourself!
