Worst experience. The woman doing my pedicure clearly didn't know what she was doing. I had a gel pedicure she didn't even remove the gel first. She tapped the pumice stone against my feet. She didn't actually rub them. It was so weird. She was like barely tapping it against my feet. Then the salt that's suppose to go into the foot bath she rubbed all over my legs as an exfoliant. It burned my skin. I asked to see the packet and it literally says don't apply directly to skin. Put it in the foot bath. The whole experience was really annoying. I was the only client in there there were 6 techs all just eating. I got up and left with hives all over my legs. I'm almost 9 months pregnant and she rubbed something that wasn't supposed to on skin all over my legs and burned them. I wish I had listened to the reviews before I tried it. Legit nightmare. This truly may have been the best pedicure I've had. It was very clean and they just got new chairs so the experience was so relaxing. The prices were very reasonable, I did the mid level pedicure with gel and it was $50. And let me tell you. The best $50 I've spent in a long time. She gave me the best/longest massage ever. I have been getting my nails done for 3 years here. Super convienent location. For the first 2 years that I went I had lovely service, free shoulder rubs while my nails were being shaped and filed and the gel manicures stuck. I would always tip generously. However this last year the shoulder rubs barely happen anymore and my gel manicure chips the day after I leave on multiple fingers. I have left on vacation with messed up nails three times after going here. The male gentleman is awful at doing gel nails and rushes through it, not even bothering to give you a shape or take your cuticles off. I have to go back at least twice within a week to get chips fixed from the last 4 services. My last gel nail only lasted 6 days before every nail came completely off. It bums me out cuz I want to be able to go here but it is no longer worth the money. I recommend not having the gentleman do nails at all anymore, that would get me to come back. read more

I never write reviews but this is literally the worst manicure I've ver gotten. How does this Place have good reviews. Yes I know they're cheap, but this is BS. He took 30 minutes to do my nails. Didn't shape them, cut my natural nails before laying down the acrylics, cut my cuticles, or anything. Like I don't even think they went to nail school. Glue is stuck all over my fingers and the paint was smeared and uneven. All The nails are different lengths because he didn't even check to see if they were all the same lenThey looked so bad that I had to go someone immediately after to get them fixed costing me even more $. If I was able to leave zero stars I would. My natural nails needed shape and some acrylic overlay. I get them done often, but this was my first TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I was in Salt Lake City on a trip and decided to get a pedicure. Honey Nails got me in that day when everywhere else was either closed or booked. They have three levels for pedicures, and I chose Level 3. It was one of the best pedicures I have had, and I get them done monthly. I am a bit ticklish and when they do callous removal, I try not to squirm! Other places will usually do the bare minimum when it comes to callous removal as they can see it is tickling me. Not here! She began and I laughed and smiled at her. She smiled back and continued to go to town on my feet. I think they are the smoothest they have ever been after a pedicure! Then when she was painting my nails, I saw that the clear top coat had made some of the color come off of my big toes nail. She kept looking at in as she fanned my toes, eventually deciding that she needed to paint more of the color on so I was even. I honestly wouldn't have minded if she left it like that, but her attention to detail was much appreciated. When I went to check out I was a bit nervous to know the price as I did not look how much it was when I chose Level 3. In my state I usually pay between $60-$70 for a pedicure not including tip. While they did ask if I had cash, they gladly accepted my card. The pedicure ended up being only $48!!! If I am ever in Salt Lake again, I will definitely be back! read more

This is what this salon considers a basic manicure for $25, plus $5 for callus removal. I was so horrified when the pedicure was complete, that I had the guy take off the nail polish all together. They left dry skin everywhere, and filed down my big toe nail until the skin behind it was bleeding from the filer's edge. My nails are jagged and cuticles we're not cut properly. This guy needs to be shut down. Don't waste your money! He's horrible. read more

Just moved from Orem and I'm new to the area. I needed my nails done for my engagement pictures so I looked up nail salons in my area. Considering this place was in my neighborhood, had good reviews and was the lowest price I thought I hit the jackpot. Unfortunately, that was not the case. They were very busy that day and had to wait even though I had an appointment. The location is hard to find because it's underground but they are next to a state liquor store. Well I guess that's good for them since they were having people drinking in the salon. I was sat next to this girl that had too much to drink and even broke one of their glasses... instead of stopping they just gave her a new glass. Anyway, these nails were important and I wanted to make sure they were right. I asked if they could fix my ring finger (the most important one) because the paint was not even. I'm usually not vocal about these things but this time it was important. The girl that helped me (not sure her name but spoke English well) shaped my nails. She did an awesome did and really took her time, she is the only reason they are not at a one star. However, the guy that painted my nails ruined her job by just putting on so much nail polish. I just wanted one nail fixed but he kept adding more to the others. Finally I think he got frustrated because I would ask him to fix things that he gave me to another girl. She did an okay job but the nails are definitely not worth what I paid. I got them done Thursday, today is Monday and this is what they are looking like. I cannot believe this "salon" is still operating, I left here feeling like I'd just been robbed... Let me first start off by saying that I have never in my life written any type of review online- however I was so upset & displeased with the service they provided & my overall experience that I felt I'd save the next woman looking to get a SIMPLE full set of acrylic nails & one color of gel polish. I decided to go here because I just moved to the avenues, and this salon is conveniently within walking distance to my home. I made an appointment for 1pm, the place was busy- I figured because it was one of the only places open after COVID. My nails were finished within 45 mins, 2 of my fingers were bleeding bad enough that I needed to wear bandaids from him trimming my cuticles, they were all different lengths, extremely bumpy & the gel polish was uneven, and most of my fingernails were not even covered!! They were so horrible, that my boyfriend even commented about how terrible they looked- MY BOYFRIEND- who knows nothing about manicures or what nails should look like. I went back the very next day & asked if they would please cut my nails down, that they were still too long (I'd asked for them to be VERY SHORT) & asked if he would paint them again to cover all of the missing spots on the sides of each nail, I even said I would pay. He told me he could not paint them again- the polish I'd chosen the day before was all gone.... mmhmm (que: eye-roll), so I asked that he just change the color then & re-paint them. The first trip, cost me $45 plus tip, this second trip cost me $15. They did not seem to care at all that I was not satisfied, displayed absolutely no pride in making their customer happy... All in all I ended up wasting time, spending $70, and having 10 little reminders for 2 weeks of how I'd been robbed. I give 0 stars. read more

I was new to Salt Lake a few years ago and tried a few salons. They were alright. I wondered in here and was blown away by the care you received. They are so sweet and do a fantastic job.
