Horrible Experience. When I walked in, I asked if they could do a gel x fill and he told me yes to pick a color. I went to the bathroom and came back and just tried to verify how he was going to fill my nails and he told me acrylic. I told him that I didn't want acrylic and that I wanted structured gel. He started to yell at me and tell me to have a good life and asked me to get out of his store. Then he sat there yelling at me for another 10 minutes about how he's as old as my dad and I should be respectful. He also said that when I asked for gel x and picked a gel that I should've then had him do my service. I politely declined and tried to leave. He kept yelling at me as I walked out the door and I told him I was going to leave a review. His shop is completely empty, the floor is mostly torn up, where you get waxing services in the back is basically a storage room. There wasn't anybody in there around noon on a Friday. I think that really means something. I would not suggest anybody come here and I will never come here again. read more

UPDATE: MY FRIEND GOT AN INFECTION AND HER TOENAIL IS COMING OFF! So trashy and unsanitary. I should have read the reviews before coming here. Total garbage, expensive waste of time. The cheapest pedicure is $30. Technically the do more services like hot stone massage and paraffin wax... but they rush through it. Hardly filed my nails or cleaned them. Never again. read more

my wife used to go here and was Treated well, then she had a stroke and her speech was slightly impaired and talked very slowly ever since she's been in after her stroke they treat her very rudely even though she gives them a 30% plus tip she went there twice was treated rudely twice she will not be back read more

They've had a change in management in the past year. The place is nicer than before with new pedi chairs and newly painted walls. They raised the price of a normal pedi from $20 to $22, not a big deal since the quality is still pretty good. my only gripe is how annoying and fake the lady there is. She also doesn't understand English. I had called to request a certain nail tech and confirmed three times to make sure it was the nail tech, she said ok yeah. I showed up for her to tell me oh that nail tech quit a few weeks ago. read more

I really enjoy this nail salon , I used to come in here periodically to get acrylic nails and they were always kind to me and gentle , I hadn't been in for almost a year and when I came back the lady that always does my nails remembered me and remembered exactly what length and style I like my nails . I brought in my mom and a couple friends to this location and they thanked me profusely, the language barrier is a little awkward at times but they did a better job on my nails than a English speaking salon did that I went too a couple weeks ago , overall I recommend this salon. read more

Very harsh and rude workers and terrible service! I came here with my friend to get my nails done for prom, first of all they have only two people working so service is terrible. second, the end resulted in my nails being slanted and not even filed all the way, they also were not close to my finger and looked like they had been on for a week, they also didn't not put enough gel on them which made them see through! third, they were supposed to charge me $40 and ended up charging me $47 on my card. When i called them later that day to address it to the he told me to come in before 6 and they would fix them and give me my money back that they charged extra for. I went in the next day and while they were helping other customers told me that it was too late to help me because they were closing soon, it was 5 pm!! an hour earlier then they told me. i tried to get them to just give back my money because i was a very unsatisfied customers, he then started to yell at me, yes literally yell at me, and tell me that i was the person in the wrong and that their services were good because they've been open for 6 years and there was nothing i could do about it. i did not get my money back that they charged extra for and they did not fix my nails, and i also got yelled at. this place does not care about customer satisfaction, they only care about taking your money, even if it means taking extra. i do not recommend going to this place if your looking for a job well done. read more

I love getting a mani/pedi at nail fever, My nails are always done very well and they have never cut me or made me bleed at all. The pedicure is the best I've ever had, the massage lasts 20 minutes. I was the last customer there one night and I was very impressed with the cleaning they were doing, they were sanitizing every piece of equipment in the store. It does take a lot longer to get the mani/pedi, the last time I was there it was about a two hour process. But if you have the time I would definitely recommend going there! read more

I used to go when Vickie was managing, but when the guy took over I didn't like it very much. He is just such a morose person. I think if he cracked a smile his whole face might fall off. Do Not Recommend!! If you value your safety and want honest business dealings, then do not bother with Nail Fever. My $65 bill was $85 when I checked out. They did a nice job on my pedicure until the male technician cut my large toe. When I asked about the cut, which was bleeding all over, he suddenly lost all of his English language speaking skills---he had been talking to me and joking just seconds before he cut my toe in near perfect English. The manicure was unprofessional. Maybe it is just me, I hate putting my hand into an electrical device when my feet are soaking in water. They did a shellac manicure while I was sitting i the pedicure chair with my feet in water. I had to be a contortionist to reach the UV light to put my hands into to cure the shellac. I protested....The entire pedi-mani took over 4 hours. I would not say this place was particularly clean. Move on down the road to a clean, safe, honest business. read more
