She has a bubbly spirit, very understanding and an awesome person to talk to. She just spreads positivity around 24/7. She's very professional and always gives solid, honest advice on after wax care. Cat followed up the next morning with a detailed text about how to find the building and where to park - which was so helpful! I haven't had any professional eyebrow treatments in over 3 years and just wanted to start with a general cleanup. I've never heard of it before and won't lie was super hesitant since it seemed fairly new, but even though there were only 4 reviews this lady had 5 stars already! First off, the set up was very clean, and the lady Cat is a super cute chatterbug that couldn't have made this experience any faster and smoother! All the rave of her reviews were on point. 10/10 for cleanliness Strictly hardwax only which is needed for sensitive skin as myself. The most PAINLESS waxing experience I've ever had (Magic hands indeed!) Surprisingly was booked but was super accommodating and willing to squeeze me in. Her prices were reasonable and it seemed I happened to go in during her grand opening and gave me half off on legs, underarms and bikini wax. She even mentioned she set a Groupon up and will definitely take advantage of that next time. If I were to compare this to any other wax center, I definitely would say this Bare Wax takes the cake. Honestly, Cat is the best waxer I've ever come across. I use to be a regular of her's when she was at her previous company until she left I didn't know about her departure. So after many bad wax sessions later, finally found Cat again! She is the only one I trust, I've had many problems with ingrown, irritation, and just uneven waxes with other waxers. Came in today to get a Brazillan and underarms. Was my first time and was extremely nervous, but Cat made is a wonderful first experience. She gave very helpful and nice instruction to minimize pain, as we all know how painful waxing can be, especially a brazillian wax. Everything was done very quickly, professionally, and efficiently. One thing I noticed as a germ freak is that she is very hygienic with her procedure. Making sure to sanitize her hands and making sure everything is sanitized before and after. Inside the waxing room, it is very modern looking, clean, and well organized. The wax that was used and applied on my skin also felt really different, was really nice and smooth and the wax temperature was perfect as for some place it may get too hot or when applied, the wax does not glide on the skin. Usually I would wax my own underarms at home, but decided to give it a try today too, mind as well, since i was getting a Brazillian. Waxing at home was very painful, but in all honesty, i felt no pain at all today. Afterwards, when there are stray hairs left over after waxing, Cat would get each one out very quickly and carefully with tweezers. Really recommend her for her techniques and and waxing method! For both services, I paid a little under $70! read more
