Oh good gosh Hay-Zeus Christos it was a culinary bliss driven ride! Wow oh wow we LOVED it! Top-tier eats whilst in moody, low-lit ambiance, nice tunes on the speaks with impeccable service and fantastic customer service from the very friendly & professional staff made this an extremely memorable visit coupled with happy hearts. We ordered a healthy medley encompassing the Miso-Maple Yams, Shrimp Martini, Blackened Green Beans, Fried Oysters, Black Tea Glazed ribs which were ALL absolutely scrumptious to the UMPTIOUS and the one dish that knocked our socks off clean out of our boots, that we loved sooo much, that we were planning to invite into the family tree was the Kanpachi Ceviche. Like really Chef? Like why is it so good that it hurts? In the words of once Californian politician, "I'll be back".

We dined with friends on Saturday evening, October 20, 2025 with a 7:30 PM reservation. As frequent visitors, we continue to return for the incredible variety of food and drink options. The service was superb, as always, and the vibrant welcoming add to the service and gourmet experience. On this visit, we sampled a wide array of dishes: Truffle & Smoke Potato Chips Grilled Halloumi Risotto Cakes Spare Ribs Beet Salad Mushroom Soup Bison Skewers Yellowtail Ceviche The standout favorites of the night were the Grilled Halloumi and the Mushroom Soup -- both were exceptional. If you haven't tried it yet, put it at the top of your list. You won't be disappointed. We will be back for certain!

How many ways can I love this one place. OMGGGGG, Delectable amazing no notes. I went with my brother for dinner yesterday and everything was so extraordinary. Before we even got there they texted me to let me know about the best places to park. So thoughtful. I ordered the Cucumber Gimlet drink - super refreshing, delicious, went down very easy. My brother got the smoked drink which tasted -- smoked. Haha. He liked it. Then, the food... COME ON. I'll go in order of most to least favorite but they were all magnificent- Truffle & Smokehouse Potato Chips - COME ON. I can't even think to explain how good it was because when I try my body short circuits from all the pleasure I experienced eating this gloriousness. Black Tea Glaze Spare Ribs - I was so full by the time these came out but omggggg so insanely good. Salmon Tartare Tacos - Our waitress recommended this - not something I'd normally get but absolutely divine. Fried oysters - My brother preferred fried to regular (my preference) but these were very good - the oysters tasted super fresh. Duck samosa - Good! Stuffed with duck. Not what I expected but very good, waitress said this was her favorite thing on the menu. Squash hummus - So many unique flavors. Very good! We got the "Take 6" dessert to go home but I couldn't eat it hours later because I was still so full, but the bite I had was excellent. Service was amazing, food came out fast, it was bliss. They also gave us a little goat cheese toast gift from the chef and their perfect popcorn that I remember from the one time I went before. I feel like they may have given us extra chocolate my first time that they didn't give us this time but that's OK - I couldn't have stuffed in another morsel. But everything was SO GOOD. So flavorful. I found myself spending a bit of time trying to understand how such epic flavors could be put together, what goes into creating such exceptional bites. We went for a little stroll around Doylestown after - perfect evening.

A small restaurant that's full of delicious and unique flavors! The menu is tapas/small plates so you get a chance to try multiple different items. The heat of passion drink is like a spicy passionfruit margarita - it's both strong and spicy but sooo good! Some small plates we tried included the truffle potato chips, grilled halloumi, risotto cakes, salmon tacos, shrimp martini, blackened green beans, black tea glazed spare ribs, and the maryland crab cakes. Everything we tried was delicious but my favorite items were definitely the spare ribs and blackened green beans! This place can get pricey but it's so worth it for the quality of food that you get here!

Foodie's rejoice! This restaurant is an experience of flavors and unique combinations you will fall in love with. It's a Small establishment, but sets a great mood and the decor is well done. reservation is needed. Plan for a culinary adventure. Don't let "small plates" scare you - each bite is special, made with top quality ingredients explained with each course brought out. There was 3 of us and we left full and happy. Do not go here if you are a picky eater, not willing to try something if it sounds strange or if you are the type to ask for changes to a dish! This is for someone who can appreciate a talented and innovative chef who uses top quality ingredient's

I came here by car on a Sunday evening in late June 2022. Reservations were really easy because we called a couple hours beforehand on the same day and they had availabilities. They texted us and told us we could park for free across the street at the C&N Bank parking lot. It was a really warm summer night and we asked to sit outside. We were seated right by the bushes. The only downside was that there were a lot of bugs flying around and a couple landed on our plates. The food and service, however, was really good. They gave us a complementary gazpacho, flavored popcorn, and a chocolate sorbet for dessert. That last one, the waitress treated us to it because she said she wanted us to try it. We ordered the Tuna Crudo which could have used some acidity. The Kale Salad was very good. The Blackened Green Beans were also very good. It was candied with a hint of spice. The Crab Cakes were also very good but I could have done without it. The Foi Gras Sliders were terrific. The pear gave it the perfect crunch. We also got the Spare Ribs which I was too full to have but it tasted great when reheated the next day. We both got the Pomegranate Gingerale which was also very good. I would highly recommend this place if you're ever in Doylestown. I hear people drive all the way from Philly for their Chocolate Sorbet.

This is probably one of the best wine and tapas restaurants in Doylestown, if not the best. While it appears the food menu doesn't change much, there are specials offered. The cocktails were strong and well made. The food is flavorful and plenty of vegetarian options. The wine list is appropriate for the type of food offered. The only downside is that it closes a bit early and we get nervous that we may be rushed if we have a later reservation--even though that wasn't the case the night we went. Service was excellent. It's cozy and intimate and a great date spot. Will add to my rotation of go-to dinner and drink spots.

BLT was cold, sliders looked like something I could make in my air frier using frozen buffalo chicken and the wraps were just ok. No idea why it took an hour. Waitress had to text her boss to see if she could comp us. I feel bad for her. I sat at a high top table by the bar, but there's also seating at the bar and seating in a small dining area. The service was great. And I really enjoyed my burger (cooked medium rare, it was juicy and delicious) and my beer (a Smithwick's on tap). My only teeny tiny complaint is that the mushrooms and grilled onions on my burgers were cold, and I wish they'd been warmed up on the grill before going onto the burger - it might have been perfect then! Overall, a great tavern lunch. I'd happily go back for another burger and beer! Or fish and chips! Or anything else!

Have to say that while it appears to be an amusement park from beyond the fence with massive water slides and multiple aquamarine pools for various uses; from within it makes more sense and is actually quite attractive in a hyperactive way. Happy Hour with half price drinks was a good deal, and the bar food offerings were also well designed to complement the alcoholic drinks, if not all that tasty, nor compelling in their own right. So many people in a relatively small space around the bar, that conversation was a bit challenging. Plenty of alternative distractions among the many "beautiful" folks who enjoy being the center of attention, and know how to do it right, especially when encouraged with beverage. With music playing in the background the experience was a mixed bag. Clearly, the plan is a bit over the top, and made for people with kids or those who like this glitterati experience. Yet, there was a full house that evening, and business was booming. Covid put an end to the crowds for the last year, but I suspect the club will be back in action full tilt come vaccinations and reduced mask wearing. I'm the more cautious type, and will wait a while before accepting my next invitation.
