He and his crew found problems that the drone initially missed. His estimate was equally detailed, and included high-quality architectural shingles and underlying materials. The job, in April, took his crew 2 days, including trim repairs. Given the size and steepness of the roof this was amazing. I cannot stress enough the professionalism, and camaraderie, of Phillip and his crew. They prepped meticulously (tarps everywhere including over pool) and cleaned up debris (using some nifty robotic machines) quickly as stripping and then shingling progressed. Multiple magnet sweeps throughout and afterwards. The quality of the roofing process as well as the trim repairs reflected their expertise and experience.
