Like the other locations, there are little kiosks set up so that you can order (or you can do it online). Service is pretty non-existent other than them bringing the food to you if you're dining in. The location was clean and pretty speedy. The food was good as well. My only knock is that the portion sizes do feel a bit on the lighter side given the price of the menu items. The customizations also add up really quickly in $$. Once you add like 1-2 toppings, they start charging you a premium for additional toppings that would typically be free in other similar restaurants (things like crispy onions, additional veggies, etc.) In summary, if you're familiar with honeygrow, this one doesn't fall too far from the franchise tree and I would say it's a solid place to grab a meal. read more

I am unsure. Why I have not reviewed this place yet. Now is my time to shine. I have been visiting this location since they first opened a little over a year or more ago, and overall, I like it. There have been sometimes, where they were a little skimpy on on the sauce for the bowls. I'm not even a sauce person. I must admit, after taking a 3 months plus break from them, my bowls have been perfect. I've probably had 4 within the past 3 months and they've all been stellar. Another thing that keeps me coming back, the customer service is always top tier! They're also very kind, helpful, and do their best to make sure you leave satisfied. My go to bowls are always something with shrimp and/or chicken. My favorite is the Butter Chicken, add shrimp. They have a juice that I love. Strawberry Guava Lemonade. Amazing!! Another great thing about this location, they're open to 11 PM! That's not a usual thing for this area. I will say my first experience at honeygrow wasnt the best about a year ago and I've never been back. However, a catered lunch brought me back. I tried the tofu sesame ginger noodle bowl with some added veggies. To my surprise the food was much better this time. It was very filling. The sesame ginger sauce wasnt overly salty this time. My husband and I were sitting in the house trying to figure out what we were going to eat. So, he suggested Honeygrow. My son and I were looking at the Menu to do a DoorDash order, all of a sudden, my husband stated, "We can just get dressed and go to the store." Great idea! After my family and I received our Meal, I just couldn't stop watching the positive things that I saw. As I was driving home from a very long commute I decided I wanted to try something new for dinner. From the app (no judgement, I did most of the ordering safely at stop lights) I ordered two customized crab noodle bowls and desserts. I knew I needed to select (up-charge) for the addition of shrimp but didn't realize items like a lime wedge or cilantro came with an additional up charge as well. As far as the desserts go, I didn't realize they weren't "as-is desserts" and I needed to customize. I just added each to my cart. All in all I didn't care for the crab dish, the crab was all claw meat and didn't taste very fresh. The added shrimp were small and made it hard to justify the $4+ per bowl up-charge. I tried the brownie and my love the cheesecake crumble. Neither of us enjoyed our desserts. I'm hopeful that spending a little more uninterrupted time with the menu will result in a more enjoyable next meal. Honeygrow recently open 10 minutes away from home and I was super excited to try it. I'd never heard of it until I saw the 'coming soon' signage. Fresh salad options seem to be few and far between in OM so this is a welcomed addition. The decor is really cute and cheerful. There's outdoor and indoor seating available. It's sandwiched between a Starbucks and a soon to be Carolina Kitchen. The menu offerings are unlike any other in the area which means they'll be busy for quite some time. Overall, the experience was great . As soon as I came in the door I was greeted and was able to order my food via kiosk and get my food within 10 mins. There were plenty of people in there having meetings and studying so I definitely will be coming back to dine in and do some work. I ordered the spring special, the Serrano Chili Stir Fry with two portions of the spicy garlic sauce and the Cobb Salad. The spicy garlic sauce definitely has some heat to it but, if you're a real spice fanatic you'll enjoy it. The portion size was smaller than expected but the quality of the food was 8/10. The blue cheese and bacon on the Cobb salad are really the stars of the show. I love a good salad and the creaminess of blue cheese with the smoky crisp bacon was amazing! I had a chance to visit Honeygrow. A plus would be the food. After trying the butter chicken, I can say the food is delicious. I also enjoyed my original concotion of apples, strawberries, Anna's grapes over cream and strudel crumbles. My second visit was to try the crab stir fry dish. Skimpy on the crab meat and a minimal amount of vegetables, I don't think the food is worth the price. A cool concept, it is pricey. Each visit was about $24 each. I went to this Honeygrow this evening arond 630. I was immediately greeted by a sweet young lady named Susie. When she learned that this was my first visit to a Honeygrow, and I was unsure about which bowl to choose, she immediately suggested I sample the sauces to help me make a decision. Once I chose a favorite sauce, she walked me through ordering, explaining how I could substitute anything in the bowl. She was so kind, patient and really seemed to want me to have the best experience. This level of attention to providing a good experience is not something often seen in "fast food" and it truly made an impact on me. They are lucky to have such a dedicated team member. I stopped by Honeygrow since I was nearby shopping. Ordering was easy. They have kiosks but if it's your first time it'll ask you to create an account. You don't have to, you can checkout as a guest. If you create an account you earn points for every dollar you spend. Now the important stuff, the food. They have stir fry and salad. The desserts look yummy too. I should've gotten one. I went with the Chesapeake Crab stir-fry since it's seasonal and may only be around for the summer. It has egg noodles, crab meat, old bay, onion, green peppers, sliced heirloom tomatoes(baby tomatoes), parsley and it's supposed to have a old bay sauce. I didn't see any sauce but it was pretty spicy so I think that the spice may have been from the old bay sauce. It reminds me of Lo Mein but it was dry; not greasy like lo mein. The noodles had a great flavor. Overall, I liked it because it was pretty tasty. The location is convenient. It's right by Costco, Lowes and the AMC movie theater. It's a cute store. They have seating inside and outside. There are several kiosks to order from like at Wawa, Sheetz or Royal Farms. The menu is on a large illuminated screen-- it may be several tvs put together. First time trying this place. Actually heard the food was really good. However, just wanted a snack to hold me until I went to an event. At 3:15 on a holiday weekend it was quite busy. Like the ordering concept with several kiosks available and ability to pray there as well. The smell of the food was delightful. But, I just grabbed the cheesecake from the honey bar. Order went in at 3:24 but wasn't ready until 3:50. I wasn't getting the cheesecake from the cup. The ratio compared to the fruit was off. It was more a fruit cup with a spoon of "cheesecake" whip. The fruit was very fresh. The "streusel" shortbread was very hard and dense. I would suggest that it actually be crumbled. For $9 I expected more and was definitely underwhelmed. However, I do want to return and actually try a salad or noodle bowl. They are on the higher end which may be due to the fresh, prepared on demand concept.
