I've been hesitant to come here due to all the negative comments I've heard about Nalley. I saw online that they revamped this location and got some new staff. Well I'm impressed! Customer service was A1. I customized my salad with a Ceasar base, tofu, and blackened chicken. It was delicious!! My friend got something different and his was bomb as well. I usually go to sweetgreen but I'll start coming here as well esp since it's closer to me. I appreciate the owner(s) for accepting constructive feedback and actually implementing it. Great job, and I can't wait to come back!

The wrapping line during lunch rush

Honestly, a 3 is generous but I recognize that with Covid ongoing everyone is having issues. Props to the employees for doing their best but the whole experience during the lunch rush was not good. I went in for the juror special and they no longer honor that so I ordered something I wouldn't have actually wanted if I had known. Additionally the service was slow (20+ minutes) and they made my salad wrong anyways. When I went in to get my missing ingredient I got the tiniest little cup of it. It tasted fine but I wish I had gone just about anywhere else for lunch. Again, props to the employees for doing their best but there are so many nearby better options.

This is my receipt that shows I asked for my dressing on the side despite the employee saying I didn't.

I have been a customer of Nalley Fresh for years and this was my first time visiting this location. I had THE WORST experience. The man who had on the green hat was EXTREMELY rude! I asked for my dressing to be on the side . Apparently that doesn't show on tickets behind the counter. I asked does the order show the dressing on the side. He tells me no and then proceeds to check the ticket after I said I added it in the side. He then again advised me that I didn't because he has the receipt. I then advised him I did because I also have a copy of the receipt! No need to be rude and raise your voice since I didn't. Unacceptable and I will just avoid visiting this location again! He needs better customer service training! And also I waited while 6-7 ppl walked in and ordered and still received their food before me. I was not impatient and just waited so to get this service was SHOCKING. The young lady who was there was nice after the taller gentleman slammed the wrong order down and asked her to remake it!

My friends and I were looking for a healthy option for lunch . We decided that this place the place to go because of all the healthy options they had. One of my frIends got a set salad. And my friend and I got the build your own salad. This was super cool because it was completely customizable and the servings were generous. Everyone was very friendly and the customer service was great. I choose the green Goddess salad which was so so good. I definitely will come here again for my salad fix .

Nalley Fresh is always a great idea. My absolute favorite place to eat. Whether I am in Hunt Valley or Columbia the staff is welcoming, knowledgeable, and attentive. Food is delicious!!!!

Wrap with hard broken sharp piece in it. This piece is really sharp. Fortunately it did not me. I was lucky.
    Chuck F.

Food is really good here normally. Not this time piece of hard sharp plastic in my wrap. Unfortunately this was right before closing I could not get in touch with them. Hopefully this doesn't happen to anyone else.

This is what I've gotten from my last two deliveries from Nalley Fresh- chopped lettuce, no salad toppings except the extra avocado. :(

I do love this place- the salads are amazing, and the options are out of this world! (Try the cilantro dressing, it's great.) One word of warning, though- don't order this for delivery via OrderUp, etc. Order online for pickup to beat the line, sure, but CHECK YOUR ORDER. They started out great at this, but have steadily gotten worse and worse--- they're actually downright abysmal at it now, it's just embarrassing for such a great place. I've ordered salads from the menu and gotten bowls of just plain lettuce delivered to my job, and when I tried to fix it the next time by putting add- ons, just in case they forgot something, I received a bowl of lettuce with cucumbers and the avocado I paid extra for. I guess I'm glad that this time I got the avocado, at least, but what gives? :( Worse, when I tried to use OrderUp's customer service, the shop told OrderUp that's how their salads come. Whoa, that's some crappy customer service- don't lie, man. I'm still trying to get any kind of refund, but I know I'm not coming back for delivery, because who just eats that for lunch or dinner? They really can't seem to get delivery down, which is a shame--- this was my go- to, too- busy- to- get- out- the- door healthy meal, and I was converting others at my wellness studio and yoga studios to it, too. I'll check back in a year or two to see if they've gotten their act together--- in the meantime, this is eat- in or pickup only for me, and only if I have time to check my orders over carefully. It's a real shame, because it's good food when they can do it right. It's too they just can't, and can't be bothered to provide adequate customer service, either. (Out of all of them- there are a few locations- it seems like the one on York Road in Timonium has its act the most together.)

Super rice bowl w/ chipotle pork
    Ed W.

Do you need a big lunch with flavor? Are you insanely particular? Are you not trying to spend an arm and a leg? A super rice bowl is your best friend at Nalley Fresh. You can build your own with rice, chicken, greens, broth, dressing, cheese, and 8 additional vegetable toppings of your choice for only $7.75. As far as the toppings go, I'd highly reccommend the sweet potato, edamame, radish, and cucumber. They really go together well. PS - Order Online and butt to the front of the line!

Since it was New Year's eve, there were few patrons or maybe this is the usual scene? Don't know. But there are some comfy couches by the front in which a young couple with a baby was nursing. Another couple was just finishing up dinner and started to head out. We were the only two diners for about 20 minutes before another couple came in for dinner. There were also about two or three people at the bar. So basically a very quiet place. No one at the hostess stand, only a woman at the bar. She eventually sat us and took our order. Things were slow but not so slow that I would complain. I would surmise that most of the staff was off that evening. Food was also slow in coming so there might have been a small crew in the kitchen as well. We ordered the mezze appetizer. Nothing to rave about. It was just a plate with vegetables and hummus. We both got the wagyu burger and fries. The whole meal was quite decent. The meat was cooked to the correct temperature and the fries were crispy. It was quite filling for me. My friend said I had to come here. We did. As soon as we stepped out of the Uber the adventure began. The building is so out dated but the entrance door held its charm. Neon lit Edgar portrait reading from a book his Annabel Lee. Complete with a bouquet of flowers. To the right more words of the writer surrounded with a few tables and chairs for those willing to chill in the cold. Inside was no different. Several crows, skulls everything you'd expect. And a well stocked bar. Many writings on the wall, articles, awards, etc all added to the vibe and theme. And of course dimly lit but you could still read the menu. We were guided to the back for our party of 5, in a corner away from everyone else. That made it easy for us to converse as we perused the menu exclaiming this and that of the dreadful names used and deathly ingredients mixed in. It definitely made it more appetizing. After working all day I was ready for a drink and settled on the To Isadore; gin, lavender syrup, lemon squeeze topped with segura cava. That hit the spot. Unfortunately, I had eaten quite a bit on this trip and forced myself to order the Chef Salad. Nothing more to say there. My wife, though, ordered the seafood lasagna. Never had that and it didn't sound like something I could get into. I was wrong. This is Baltimore. The seafood here is astounding. It was delicious and had to take a couple spoon fulls. My friend ordered the double beef patty burger. I was jealous until he offered me a bite. That was really good too, and juicy.
