The staff was very helpful and had the best choices of cats I saw anywhere. They are in free-roaming rooms with plenty of space to play. The director and staff were very helpful. The first kitten they gave me to hold began to purr immediately and climbed up my arm and sat on my shoulder. She smiled at me from the carrier in my car and slept for the entire 3 hour drive. The cats here are very happy. That was 2 months ago. Now, I have a happy and playful kitten who really loves me and wants to be held all the time. I am so grateful to the staff who made this possible with my new kitten Venus. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

The first cat we got was sweet and such a nice cat, but not neutered. The second cat we named Osama Bin Kitty, the attack cat. After about 3 weeks we returned him as he constantly attacked everything & everyone. Then we moved to Indiana. About 6 months later we received a notice that if we didn't show records that the first cat was neutered, an arrest warrant would be issued for us. We had to travel back to Troy to have the cat neutered and the records provided to them. That was the last time for us.

They are open until 5. If you pick up your pets after the noon hour-you are charged for a full nights kenneling. It is not a doggy day care, or an hourly penalty. This is their right. I am sharing for anyone who is scheduling a stay, so they do not get blindsided by an additional days charge. Again, if you place your pets in their care, at least you can be rest assured they will be safe.
