I picked the color for my toes and then said just clear for my nails. The lady was super pushy about getting gel. Im not a fan of my hands being under the UV so I said No. The lady was very attentive to my feet, got every hang nail and cuticles on my toes nice and clean. When it was time for my manicure again with the gel. I told her no thank you I dont like the gel. Then she brings over gel colors that will match my toes. To get her off my back I told her Ok. After she was done cutting, filing my nails and doing my cuticles I told her no gel. She proceeds to tell me you will be along time at dryer. I told her that was Ok with me I just want clear regular polish. I have never felt so uncomfortable in a nail salon I dont think ever. When a paying customer says No - please listen.

The manicure was literally chipping the day after. I didn't have time to go back I was just so annoyed. I also didn't find it that clean. I had finished my pedicure and the pedicure chair never got cleaned while I was having my manicure. It was NOT busy so I was confused as to why it was never cleaned.
