Came here on a Sunday because my go to place is not open for business on Sundays. Got a basic French tip pedicure that costed me $45 and I was shocked at the price because I usually spend $35-$40 tops anywhere else. Anyway, the French tip looked great and I was pleased with the outcome regardless. However not even a full 2 days later, the polish chipped off both my big toes at work! Pedicures should last you at least a good 2 weeks or more! My last French pedicure lasted me almost a whole month at my place and they looked amazing! Petrela nails didn't last me for even TWO days after overcharging me for a basic pedicure! I might as well have gotten a color and not the French tip and not spend the extra 10 bucks for literally NOTHING! I am very disappointed and I'm never coming back! read more

I got tips with SNS powder 5 days ago for my friends wedding. So far, four nails have entirely lifted and fallen off. Another 3 are on their way out. I have not been hard on my nails at all, and considering that almost every other SNS with tips manicure I've had has lasted me 2 weeks at a minimum, I'm really bummed. The guy who did them was very nice, but kept getting help from a woman who seemed like the owner/much more experienced. I had to ask him to refile most of my nails because all of them were crooked. He also got glue all over most of my fingers and kept apologizing - he was either using too much or not enough lol. Needless to say, if you're interested in tips with SNS I would skip this place and save yourself $60. Lovely Nails on route 7 is both cheaper and better quality. read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. This place is OUTRAGEOUS. $95.40 for a UV gel refill and a ten minute massage. I've been to countless places and have never paid over $50.00 for a UV gel fill. This place is a ripoff. I highly recommend you find another salon in town. read more

I have to say I am VERY impressed with the services at this salon. By far the most meticulous..Pedicures are the BEST.. They don't half ass it like a lot of salons do. If the nail tech is trying to pumice the bottom center of your foot, the part that is pink, never calloused and for most.. tickles like hell, then they are half assing it. There is NO reason to pumice that part?? Tips of toes, balls of feet and the heels are the MOST important parts to be paid attention to in a pedicure. If they concentrate on the bottom center of your foot, you are being robbed. I digress, not only do they do pedicures right, in their basic they offer 11 different lotions to choose from! Their manicures (gel or not) last FOREVER!. The downside, they are VERY expensive. Basic pedicure is $60, it also $60 for a gel manicure. I did also at one point get a permanent pink & white gel set for $100. There was nothing permanent about it. In fact one of my nails came off within a week. The rest were rock solid but he had, had trouble with this one nail. But to get it fixed was like $30. If you have a lot of cash to blow through, by all means come here.. they ARE worth the money. However for someone on a budget, this may not be the way to go. read more

I waited weeks to write my review- I had a full set of acrylics done with gel polish applied, then went back for a fill and a polish change 3 weeks later. Candy did my nails both times; she checked the shape constantly, worked so cleanly and neatly it was impressive, and was funny and sweet the whole time. I had no issues with the adherence at all and, to be honest, my hands take a beating at my job. I was very impressed with how well they held up compared to the many other sets I've had done elsewhere. The pricing is higher than I've paid at other locations, but I don't mind paying if the quality goes up with the cost. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for acrylics, and I will be returning to try some of their other services. read more

I give this 2 stars because it is clean and the people working there are polite. I chose a light pink nail color for my mani- pedi. WRONG CHOICE APPARENTLY. They only put two coats on and I can see MY NAIL (also I got no wrist massage). The same thing happened on my toes (which were cut unevenly). I will not be returning. Also their prices for gel nails were VERY unclear. One sign said it was an extra $5 but it's actually an extra $15 so MAKE SURE YOU ASK. I spent $47.90 on an armature mani- pedi. I could have done a better job at home.. looking forward to see how long this lasts. I've been going to this nail salon for about 6 years now. I usually get a gel manicure ($31 without tip). I like to go every 2 weeks. They have many colors to choose from, along with many brands. I personally like OPI, it stays on for 3 weeks. I don't have a certain person I go to, because they all do such a great job. During the manicure, they also offer you a free 3 minute back massage. Really disappointed in how this salon has changed. It used to be the best around and now they've increased their prices and lessened their service. I just paid over $40 for a *standard* pedicure. No seated massage as they used to do while drying (despite it not being busy) and they time your leg/foot massage to the second. Unfortunately there are better places that are less expensive. read more

I'm very happy with the pedicures I get at Petrela. Today I had Sophie, who is very meticulous and has a gentle touch which I prefer. It is a nice relaxing atmosphere with soothing music and comfy massage chairs... They have a large 'menu' of services that all look delightful. read more
