If you use their services I highly recommend their workers, but don't give them your credit card information unless you are prepared for a bureaucratic nightmare.

I was kept busy, working 24-hr shifts. They have a wonderful training program. I especially enjoyed the Alzheimer's/Dementia training workshop. I worked with Caregivers that were compassionate and had great work experience and ethics. Home Instead has incentives to retain their Caregivers. Home Instead cares deeply for their community.
