We got a Black Dragon Roll, Beef Pho, and Beef Larb (wasn't sure what it was, but it was more like a very fresh salad in a dressing with rice and cilantro and lettuce. VERY good). It was all SO good and fresh-- pho rice noodles, a plate with lime, fresh basil, bean sprouts, jalapeños to add at will. Very flavorful, savory beef broth. I'm so happy this exists here. I've been hoping someone would start a restaurant with pho/sushi/curry, and they did all three. And it was all SOO good. I could probably eat here every day. I'm excited to try everything on their menu.

One thing that could be improved is for the plates for the salad bar, to be larger. The plates, for the salad bar are only about 4 inches in diameter and it's really not a very good value for that amount of food. I'm not going subtract any stars for that, though. This is because the salad is very good. The pizza, itself, was fantastic! We had a deep dish and it would put you to mind of the old-school Pizza Hut deep dish pizza. It was buttery a little bit crispy, but soft and chewy on the inside. The toppings were very plentiful as was the sauce and the cheese. We met the owner and he was very friendly and kind. The inside of the building is very nice. They have an arcade room and a party room. The rest of the dining area is very clean and comfortable. It was well worth a 30 minute drive to visit this location and we will be back !

When the cook placed the steak on the grill, it had a distinctly rotten odor and appeared dark brown/purple. When it was put on her plate "cooked medium just as asked", both my wife and I found it smelled and tasted spoiled. The cook and our server handled the situation professionally and apologized. The manager, however, was rude and unprofessional. He came to the table questioning us as if we were imagining the problem, then used his fingers to pick up and taste the steak directly from my wife's plate after we had already tried it. He declared it "fine" and offered to cook another one. The replacement steak tasted strongly like liver. We left the original on the plate; our dog ended up with the second one. A couple next to us on the same grill who had also ordered steak commented that ours looked so different they couldn't tell that it was steak. We paid over $100 for three people and received no meaningful apology from management--only the implication that we were trying to get something for free. The cook and server were excellent; the meat quality and the manager's response were not. Mistakes happen. Arguing with customers over clearly spoiled food and handling it so unprofessionally does not. Unless we receive a formal apology from the manager, this restaurant has lost our business, our family's business, and any future recommendations I would have given to customers or visitors. We liked coming here. The manager's behavior is what ended that.

She then ran to the back back and told her manager that I had asked for yumyum sauce I think because my friend (with a seprate to go order) then went up and asked for yumyum sauce and the woman manager said "we already gave you one" The only reason id keep going is because its the only decent sushi place in town. Service is usually terrible because its basically all children in high-school or just out of high school. Cheap labor does not equal good service. I hope the owners see this and correct the way their staff behaves. im just done with buying food from them. We usually spend $60-70 everytime we go.
