I ordered food delivered on three occasions and each time it was very good. I recently ordered sesame chicken. They told me thirty five minutes and it was delivered in less than twenty five, hot, fresh and delicious, with lots of sesame seeds and not too salty. The rice was tasty and firm, not mushy and the broccoli was cooked fully without being burned. It included a choice of egg roll, shrimp roll or spring roll. I chose the standard egg roll, which was hot, not greasy, crispy and tasty, The person taking the order was helpful and friendly. The only drawback was the orange soda which must have been in a box and not in a refrigerator at all. I generally don't drink soda , but I felt like it that day. I settled for cold water and put the soda in the fridge. Less than $16.00, including tax for the entire meal, quick service and friendly attention, was bargain. I ordered takeout. Orange Chicken and Kung Po Chicken, fried rice, some egg rolls. Not very good is all I can say without being too critical. I believe it's under new management and it now doesn't compare (not even close) to the previous ownership. The staff is very nice (over the phone), the delivery person was very friendly. I was looking forward to a nice dinner after a pleasant experience interacting with the staff. The food is not horrible. It was fresh, decent quality ingredients, but prepared poorly. The orange chicken was bland, Kung Po also bland, fried rice was cooked well (not mushy), but absolutely no flavor. Not to mention, no pork, very few bean sprouts and vegetables. Just sparse (basically plain yellow rice). I really feel bad giving a bad review because the staff was so nice. But it's my duty to be honest with my fellow Yelpers. The first time I went to this place I ordered Chicken and Broccoli the chicken was raw didn't even look like chicken , so the second time I went back and mentioned this to the them they seamed to ignore my complaint. I shouldn't of ordered from them again. I figured they would say sorry have the next order on us being that I had to throw it in the garbage and for Chinese Takeout this place is really expensive . I wouldn't mind if the food was good. Not even an apology . The second time I ordered the same thing and on my life I couldn't even chew the chicken it was discusting. This Review is only about their SESAME CHICKEN. I went to school a few blocks away from this establishment so any opportunity I had when Chinese food was the urge I made sure to order from here. I've noticed that the food is a lot fresher and tastier when you order for pick up. By far the best sesame chicken I've had in my life. The chicken is always fresh and crispy from frying and the sauce, mixed with sesame seeds is always sweet and tangy. The sauce mixed with yellow fried rice will blow you away. I'm from Hong Kong and expected Hong Kong style food like they advertised. This restaurant is like most other Chinese take out restaurants in the New Rochelle area. Not in anyway more authentic, but less greasy than some. The staff didn't speak Cantonese, weren't from Hong Kong and didn't serve Hong Kong style dishes.
