I highly recommend Dr. Nethercott if you have any form of ankle and or foot issues. His staff are very kind, compassionate and assisted in getting me in to see Dr. Nethercott without an appointment. I have never been to this location. I typically see Dr. Nethercott in his office in Puyallup, WA. I was just in the area of Bonney Lake, WA. As in anyplace you go to, first impressions are very important. My experience today was more than expected. Ms. Laura is the first person you see as I entered. Her teammate, Ms. Ashley worked together to make my experience very reassuring, compassionate and kindness is what I was extremely pleased with. Dr. Nethercott teammate, Ms. Wendy, his MA, was very sweet. Set everything up to prepare what was needed to work on my wound. As frustrated I have been with my feet wounds for many years in Texas. I had to find a Podiatrist since I moved to Washington. Dr. Nethercott was highly rated. I had a very serious infection that landed me in the ER. Dr. Nethercott set me up for a biopsy of my wound to determine the path that would be needed to handle my situation. He processed the whole issue was improved. My situation today was the fact I reopened my wound. So it is important to stay on top of this wound. Thank you to each and everyone on Dr. Nethercott, DPM, team. Jake Squibbs

I award five stars to businesses, physicians or whoever that give me added value to their services,…read morewhich can be more than I expected or providing information I didn't know beforehand. Well, sir, it happened here. A dermotologist had recommended I see Dr. Sarah Neitzel for podiatric care and I had my PCP send a referral to her. When the office called to schedule an appointment I was told I'd be seeing her partner, Dr. Jarod Spencer instead. I agreed to the change. This is why it always pays to be open-minded. The office visit with Dr. Spencer was superb. Very friendly guy with an easy manner who really knows his stuff. We talked about the foot thing I had an issue with a slightly-regrown ingrown toe nail He gave me several options including two options for cutting the nail thing out. We agreed I'd try the options and then follow up in a couple of months. Have you ever been given new info and felt your brain expand with that new knowledge? Only me, huh? Well then, OK, let's continue. Anyway, my brain expanded after absorbing that new information. But THE best thing about my appointment with Dr. Spencer? Not once did he leave the exam room to check on other patients waiting in other exam rooms. I've gone to two single doctor podiatry practices where the one guy would be bopping back and forth between several rooms. So not only are you waiting for the guy to come back and finish whatever he started, you worry and hope that the guy remembers who YOU are and what your situation is and doesn't confuse you with another patient. I've had a past podiatrist say to me upon his return to the room, "OK, where were we? Oh yes..." Those guys are hyped up to begin with because they have to be in order retain sufficient energy (and hopefully mental focus) throughout the day--every day. Dr. Spencer was calm, friendly and professional. He was at ease which put me at ease--and this was our first visit. So, from now on, he's my guy. And since I've got various foot issues, it's comforting to know I found a great podiatrist I can trust, and well deserves this five-star rating.

I would like to say that I am blessed to have discovered ankle and foot specialist at Puget Sound…read moremany years ago. I am a current patient under Dr. Ronald Sorenson. I am happy to share that each time I visit the clinic I am greeted by a reception. Usually it is Trish. She has always been very patient, very knowledgeable and eager to assist. Whether it's a phone call to the clinic or while I'm at her desk she is always very professional and has a genuine care and concern for me. The Nursing staff has always been top notch. They have always been very professional and I have observed their communication with the doctor and I can you tell there is an excellent working relationship. Dr. Ron is the best out there. I have been to different wound care centers and seen a couple different podiatrists over the years. But I come back to Dr. Ron because whatever it is I need he makes it work. He is very knowledgeable, empathetic but he's a straight shooter. He always has enough supplies And the right equipment to get the job done. I can also speak on his handiwork in the operating room. I ended up having a couple of toes amputated the summer of 2015. Dr. Ron was able to save my foot. I'm very thankful for that. If I would have been under the care of a hospitalist I'm positive they would've taken my foot or amputated below the knee. If you want the best podiatrist please give foot and ankle specialist of Puget sound a call. Dr. Ron and the other doctors in the practice are top notch. The staff is second to none. You owe it to yourself and it may be the best decision you ever make when it comes to foot care. I know without a doubt it was mine. Thank you Dr. Ron and the staff. You have made a positive difference in my life. Respectfully, Dawnde

I requested inserts and then I never heard from the clinic. I've left several voicemails with no response. I would not recommend this place to my dead grandmother.
