Better signage would help to arrive for parking. It was pretty empty outside, which I understood because it was hot. We decided to go upstairs and order a drink. The bartender was really sweet and attentive. We placed an order with her for food as well and sat outside while we waited. The view of the water upstairs is beautiful. You see the boats go by and wave. We ordered nachos, a burger, buffalo wings, and a club sandwich. (About $16-18 each). The food took about 10 to 15 minutes, which wasn't bad at all. The onion rings arrived beautifully golden with a light, airy batter that shattered with every bite, accompanied by both ranch and barbecue sauces for dipping. The nachos were a showstopper. Yes, you can encounter some sketchy looking homeless people but just make sure to be aware of your surroundings and you'll be fine! Regal is just across the street and there's lots of restaurants nearby so catching a movie and grabbing some dinner then taking a walk here would make a great date night! I think the city has done a good job of trying to bring downtown Stockton back to life and this place is a good example of that.

My waste tank needed pumped out the next morning and two of his dock hands met me and took care of it . It was a super busy weekend and they still provided above excellent service . The entire team at this facility was excellent I wish I could remember the names of the individuals that were so helpful it was all the dock hands and security personnel. Great Experience.
