Second stop... snorkeling at Electric Beach and IN A GROUP and with LIFEGUARDS accompanying us (sweet)! Last stop...lunch (extra but planned expense) at Da Crawfish & Crab Shack in Kapolei=delicious!! The only thing to make this tour better is if the van's seats reclined for a nap on the way back! Oh, if there was a cool shirt to buy would have been a nice final touches too. Definitely have to do this again!!

True hawaiiian. He stories and jokes are funny! Let me start off by saying this is the most cheapest tour I've ever gotten in Hawaii! You can't beat this price... uncle Tony was my favorite part of the tour! He is hilarious and has a big heart! For a full day of activities and a tour can't beat that price. We started at 7am until 3pm Anyways, uncle Tony is the best! He is hilarious. He kept us entertain the whole ride. He was joking and singing. I felt so comfortable. I get car motion sickness but not during this tour. Was laughing the whole time! About this tour: They offer free pickup from Waikiki. -You get pick-up up from your location (for me it was 333seaside ave in Waikiki) - he starts picking up other people in other locations - next thing he takes us driving to coral crater where we did zip lining! We did 3 Ziplines. (LOVED THIS PLACE) -he offered us free Hawaiian donuts -during the drive he was letting us what is what as we pass by locations and its brief history about it. Such as Pearl Harbor or good inexpensive places to visit. - next place we went was snorkeling at Kapolei. His niece was the one who guided us. She is so sweet and such an amazing diver! - we went to a restaurant that uncle Tony recommended. It was so yummy! - lastly, we went on home. We entertainment from uncle Tony and more history lessons! I failed history twice in college. I really hate learning about history but uncle Tony kept it entertaining. I learned so much from him. If you're ever in Hawaii I suggest doing this tour. I promise you there is not better deal.

Multiple guests were getting seasick, as the Captain tried his best to navigate the waters. One guest nearly fainted and after that, the atmosphere on the boat changed. The Captain wasn't talking much and it seemed as if he just wanted to get back to the dock. Knowing the weather conditions, I wish the tour was rescheduled. We saw some fish and barely saw a turtle. I know the tour doesn't guarantee seeing wildlife, but it was disappointing hardly seeing anything in the glass bottom. To add, the glass bottom is just 4 boxes that you have to peek over to see. I didn't get seasick, so it was still nice to be out on the water and enjoying the views of the ocean. Prior to the incident, the captain was very educational and funny. Overall, had the tour been on a different day with more permitting weather, I think it would've been great.

They ensured everyone got to see turtles and in fact they headed a participant back just when we were being called back to the boat after discovering he didn't get to see turtles. There was plenty of snacks and drinks. Gears were complete - eye gear (with or without prescription which was helpful to those who wear glasses), and mouth pieces. The attention to detail was superb and attention to safety and ensuring everyone had fun was commendable!

As first-time snorkelers traveling with a child, our experience did not align with those expectations. Equipment distribution was poorly handled. Masks were handed out with little to no instruction, and basic questions were met with a rude and dismissive attitude. Overall communication and service were lacking. Once in the water, guidance was minimal and inconsistent. The experience felt rushed and disorganized, with limited support for guests who were new to snorkeling. The tone and treatment we received also made us uncomfortable as Asian guests. After sharing feedback, the company clarified in writing that they do NOT advertise or position this as a beginner-friendly snorkeling tour. Based on both that clarification and our experience, I would strongly recommend that beginners or families looking for clear instruction and attentive guidance consider other operators. Sharing this to help future guests set accurate expectations before booking.

Will is a good guy and Velohana has a small selection of enthusiast-driven products and brands for shoes, gear, and obviously bikes. What fell short for me was trustworthy service for the money. He's a one-man shop which is commendable, but when you have customers and a fitting going on, one or both suffers in that time. Bike fitting was okay, but what fell short for me was the given expectation of a pro-level bike fitting for the majority. We had a decent fitting, checked all the measurements for stack, reach, seeing my level of athleticism, but nothing that went too physiologically in-depth. We checked my foot sizing but only measured my left foot. We didn't explore different insole supports or varying q-factor. We did not look at any possibly leg length discrepancy. We used the existing saddle that I had only and did not swap with others to explore saddle options. From the bike fitting, I went for a 2-hour ride and started to feel the same pains that I had before. Was there really a point to getting a fit from here? What really frustrated me was when we settled on best changes to make, we had to change parts on the bike. I left the bike in the shop and upon receiving it, the chain pops off the front derailleur within my first ride. This did not happen with my previous tune. Ok, maybe there was a little adjustment to be made. My original white bar tape he said was taped wrong and badly. Thanks for noticing my work, sir. When I received it, the black bar tape was wrapped inwards instead of outwards. There was a lot of little snobbish comments about how my bike was originally setup (handlebars, bar tape, saddle choice, condition and authenticity of parts.) In service, you would never accuse something having fake parts without actual proof. Coming back, Will believes my REAR DERAILLEUR is causing the chain to pop off and I most likely have counterfeit parts causing the issue. There was no checking if it had an alignment issue from the dropouts other than a visual check. His recommendation was to replace the RD to fix my FD chain popping off issue... I'm quite dumbfounded and regret giving the go-ahead to swap the part. He's a parts replacer, not a mechanic. To me, I figure to give this review a thorough attempt so others don't go through the same thing, I'll give him the benefit of the doubt and we swap the part. Ride the bike a second time, same issue. In 10 minutes, the chain pops off going up the big chain ring and now there's light rubbing when in the easiest gears. It actually got worse! At this point, I'm no longer returning to the shop for service. Upon inspection of the front derailleur, the FD was out of parallel to the large chainring and the H screw was too far in to make a smooth shift after I made those adjustments, we are all good.
