Our only activity request was that we get to go horseback riding on the beach, mission accomplished and so much more.

Hands down, the best money I've ever spent was to have Hi5 Tours in charge of a full day of play for my daughter and I. Their hospitality is top tier and thoughtful, their knowledge of the island is priceless, and the experience was life changing. Don't hesitate to reach out to Hi5 if you're planning to visit the big island.

Start to finish was an amazing day. Ryan, our driver, was super knowledgeable, funny and there for us all day. Bus was comfy and well air conditioned. 100% would recommend Hi5!! 100% would ask for Ryan again by name.

Our family had an amazing guided tour with Hi5! From amazing sights to delicious foods to sea turtles! Our tour guide and driver were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. If you're looking for a low stress way to see Oahu, give Hi5 a call!

Our family is extremely grateful for the fun and memorable tour from Yianni and Kevin. They greeted us with leis and took really nice pictures of us free of charge. The Malasadas from Leonard's and exotic Hawaiian fruits was a plus as well. We also appreciated their flexibility in the stops and itinerary. In our full day tour, we got to visit Tantalus Point, Green World Coffee, Dole Plantation, Waimea Falls, North shore food trucks, a beach to see the turtles and Matsumoto shaved ice.The tour was informative too with fun Hawaiian music playing on the background. I highly recommend booking this tour! It was a great, efficient and relaxing way to explore Oahu in a day. The cost of the tour definitely outweigh the stress of planning the itinerary ourselves. It is also a great way to support the local businesses in Hawaii!

If you want a no stress, fun tour of the island this is the way to go!!! Yani was our guide today. We had two adults and four children 6-8. He was engaging, Knowledgeable and fun. He knew the locals and everyone working at the sights we stopped at. He treated them all with aloha, and we were never made to feel like howlie tourists. He joined in the fun with us ( even giving a piggy back ride to a tired kid). Took pictures of our group. He knew the best food trucks to stop at that had a selection for everyone. Next time I visit I'll use them again to see the rest of the island!!!!

We had such a fantastic day with Kevin and Eric! We saw everything that we requested, plus more that we didn't even know about which made our tour even more special. Kevin shared a wealth of information about the Hawaiian islands, especially Oahu and it's beautiful magic! This tour was the highlight of our trip and really made for some life-long memories that we will always treasure. Highly recommend- worth every penny!

There are no words to describe the amazing experience we had with Hi-5 tours! From my initial conversation with Yanni to the final ride back to the resort was entirely personalized to our family. Our tour guides became part of our family and I know there will never be another guide who can surpass Kenny in our eyes. My kids woke up on day two and asked if we were going to see Kenny and Eric today, as if they were family members giving us a tour of the island rather then a company providing a service. They provided the same care and attention to my 70+ mother all the way down to my 10year old son. Our trip was to celebrate life and family and it is wonderful to know we added a few more members to our 'Ohana!

Our family booked a day long tour for Tuesday, September 14. It was amazing. Our guide, Kevin, was fun and engaging. He seemed very knowledgeable at each stop and kept us laughing in between. Thank you for offering this tour. I would highly recommend!!

Yanni helped my nephew get up close to the waterfall.

My best friend and I were planning our recent trip to Oahu and we came across Hi5 Tours. We weren't familiar with the area and wanted to see some spots away that only locals would know. From booking to drop-off, everything was seamless and so easy! We would highly recommend Yanni and his company and will definitely book on any future trips. Yanni is extremely kind, generous and just all around a great human being. He is very engaging with every one on the tour and within minutes you feel as if you are with a lifelong friend. We did the full-day tour which started with the Botanical Gardens/Waterfall then off for the yummy food trucks!! Get the pineapple shrimp, it does not disappoint! After we ate too much we went to a beautiful almost private beach spot and did some seashell and sea glass hunting then it was off to the rum distillery. Everything was timed perfectly and Yanni is so knowledgable. If you are thinking about a trip to Oahu, you cannot miss a chance to hang with Yanni, it was a wonderful experience.

ook this tour with the wife on a Saturday with sporadic showers and sunshine. Yianni led our tour himself and did such a fantastic job. He runs the company and the tour so effectively. He expertly adjusted the tour on the fly based our preferences and weather conditions. We had a great time, saw a bunch of beautiful locations all around the island (including some lesser known ones), tasted incredible local products (coffee, nuts/nut butters, cacao/chocolate, pineapple sorbet and juice, shaved ice, and more). Highly recommend this tour, this company, and Yianni.

But also not recommended if you have a health condition, with restrictions. Before you arrive, you need to make a reservation on their website. It's more convenient because you can pay for the parking on there as well. When you receive your email confirmation, it will give you a once use QR code. You will get this scanned in the entrance and it will cover you for parking. NOTE: when making reservations, you will select times slots. Morning slots do fill up first, so put that into consideration if you were planning to do this hike. Right across from the visitor center they have the restrooms. These restrooms are the cleanest restrooms I've ever seen. They even have changing stations for mom's with babies. Sinks also have soap and water. The outside of the bathrooms, they have water fountains, and water dispensers for you to fill up your water bottles. Me and my sister did this hike and the time slot we got was for noon. The sun is out! I suggest you carry your sunblock with you while on the hike because you will need to reapply as you keep moving upwards. The sun is out and you will feel it. This hike is also nice because it has designated resting spots with benches in case you need to pull over get a drink and catch your breath. Somewhere towards the top, you will reach a huge flight of stairs. That's very steep, if you like a challenge, the stairs will lead you closer to the top. But if you take the left path, that's a pathway with rails. That is completely doable, for the slower hikers, like myself. And on the bright side, the left side path does come with a view. When you are all done with your hike, they have some very cute souvenirs at the visit center. Very cute hello Kitty merchandise as well, if you are a fan. ALSO!! GET A SWEET TREAT! on the far right next to the visitor center there are two food trucks parked that sell shaved ice, and Dole whips!! I had a great experience! I'm so happy I get across this hike off of my list.

He was hilarious, full of fascinating stories, and somehow managed to make every bathroom stop feel like part of the adventure. The views were jaw-dropping: Diamond Head glowing in the morning sun, waves crashing at Halona Blowhole, and those movie-perfect cliffs near Kualoa Ranch. Dirk kept us entertained between stops with island legends, trivia, and a soundtrack that could make even a restroom break feel cinematic. Leonard's malasadas? Heavenly. Macadamia nut farm snacks? Dangerous in the best way. Tanaka's garlic shrimp? Worth every bite and every burp. Turtle Beach was the crown jewel--relaxing, peaceful, and filled with lazy sea turtles living their best lives. Dirk's timing was perfect, his humor was infectious, and his love for the island made every mile memorable. I laughed, I learned, I ate too much, and I never once regretted it. If you want a full day of Oahu beauty, good vibes, and an expert guide who'll keep you smiling and on schedule, this is the tour. Mahalo, Dirk, you're the real MVP of island adventures!

I was worried about the pick-up being difficult based on other reviews but it actually went really smoothly. there are usually multiple tour buses at the pick-up location but if you don't know which one to get on you can call their phone # to get the bus # or just ask the people standing outside the buses! tips: you only get 40 min at the dole plantation so to maximize your time I would suggest getting your ice cream from the truck outside (they sell the same things inside the gift shop but the line was shorter outside when I went). if you want to ride the train it's 20 min and I think they only run every 15-20 min so definitely get in line quickly. you can also get dole whip in waikiki so you can prioritize the train.
