When I politely explained my usual preferences for my lip injections, she immediately became defensive and condescending, raising her voice to insist that she was the professional and knew best. Her tone was aggressive and dismissive, which made me feel uncomfortable from the start. The injection process was even worse. Reva was rough and unkind, practically jabbing the needle into my lips with force and pinching them painfully. I've had my lips done many times before, and I've never experienced such a heavy-handed and hostile approach. I honestly felt as though she was taking her frustration out on me :-( I left the office in tears, and unfortunately, the results were just as bad as the experience--my lips healed uneven and lumpy. Later, I looked up more information about her practice online and found multiple shady reports.. I would strongly advise others to steer clear of this place. Lesson learned--I wish I had done more research beforehand.

But their hydra facials feel off, a different aesthetician said it's an off brand facial and not a real hydra facial. Overpriced. It's McDonald's level treatment but they charge Wolfgang Puck prices.
