This is based on my experience 01/23- I'll start with the positive: the office was clean and well-maintained, and the receptionist was nice. However, my appointment with Reva was, without a doubt, the worst I've ever had. When I politely explained my usual preferences for my lip injections, she immediately became defensive and condescending, raising her voice to insist that she was the professional and knew best. Her tone was aggressive and dismissive, which made me feel uncomfortable from the start. The injection process was even worse. Reva was rough and unkind, practically jabbing the needle into my lips with force and pinching them painfully. I've had my lips done many times before, and I've never experienced such a heavy-handed and hostile approach. I honestly felt as though she was taking her frustration out on me :-( I left the office in tears, and unfortunately, the results were just as bad as the experience--my lips healed uneven and lumpy. Later, I looked up more information about her practice online and found multiple shady reports.. I would strongly advise others to steer clear of this place. Lesson learned--I wish I had done more research beforehand. read more

It was our first time and I was NERVOUS! The doctor chatted with us about Botox vs DySport and we chose Botox. 20 minutes later, I walked out with a gorgeous frozen face - JK, it takes a week to fully set in. They numbed our foreheads so it wasn't as painful and honestly, it was about the same pain level as eyebrow waxing so no big deal. They asked me to come back for a touch up (free) the following week because my brow was a little tricky, so that was super nice. I'll be honest - at first, I hated it. I felt like I couldn't show emotion with my face (AKA my angry single eyebrow raise was deactivated) but I quickly got used to it and fell in love with my new smooth surface. I had a rare reaction to the Botox Reva administered the first time. I was nervous and scared that I was going to have a droopy eye for my wedding in October. Reva went above and beyond to make sure I received the proper medication to correct the muscles in my eye. Unfortunately the medicine didn't take and I still had a problem with my eye. She knows her craft, and I ended up goin I ended up going with Sculptra. It's amazing. The first time I went to Reva I was over the moon with my Botox and filler's and her price was excellent. I went back a month ago and was really dissatisfied. I just wanted Botox and a little filler. My Botox has already worn off and she overfilled my cheeks with fillers. She talked me into into trying Botox on my neck and I saw no difference. I walked out $2,100 later looking the same. Very little bruising. She may be great for younger people but I'm going back to my other med spa and I regret the money I spent.
