Professional, courteous, knowledgeable, empathetic and follow thru- they checked all the boxes and I am so appreciative that I found them. Woman I spoke to on the phone initially thought she could have someone out first thing tomorrow morning, but she must have sensed my panic haha and told me "they got me" and promised to find a way to get a truck out today. They followed thru-Cody and Jack arrived a couple hours later, diagnosed issue, presented three different solves at various price points and offered guidance on plus/ minus of each. The thing they did not do well for us is called price gouging. We absolutely could not believe the price tag for what was done! We had 2 kitchen faucets replaced that WE supplied. The job took less than 2 hours, and we were charged $946. In other words, $500 per hour for labor. Seriously? Does Embrich charge everyone $500/hr.? Extremely disappointed in this and made me question their claim to "integrity". If you are considering using them, beware of outrageous price tags!
