While the staff may seem kind on the surface, the laser hair removal treatments have been a complete waste of time and money. After investing $3,500, I've seen little to no results--in fact, the hair growth has become thicker and worse. I originally went in for facial laser treatment, but once they learned I was engaged, I was strongly encouraged to purchase a full-body package with the promise that I would be hair-free by my wedding in June. That has absolutely not been the case. Now, instead of "hair removal," they've shifted the language to "hair reduction," which feels misleading given how this was originally sold to me. What's even more upsetting is the lack of follow-through from management (Katrina at corporate, Amber, Dulce). I've been told multiple times that someone would reach out to address my concerns, but I've been completely ignored.
