When it was time to check out they had me standing there late for work for 12 mins while they called around to see if they felt like taking the 20%? It gets worse. After I had been there 2 1/2 hours now due to my massage starting late and then them wanting to hold me there until the owner could get there which was unbeknownst to me, the owner flew up in her car and attempted to bully me out of accepting the promo that I told them I had before even booking. I told her it was not going to happen. That they were going to take a non-expired coupon that they have produced at some point, while claiming they've never made a coupon? But still couldn't explain how I actually did have a coupon that they have made at some point! None of this should be the experience of a first time customer, my time is just as valuable as their's. His pedicure just sucked which was annoying for us both. My rant: why tf is it so difficult for nail places to give men a good wholesome pedicure?!?! They usually are the ones paying if there- they don't need polish and this should be such an easy win for nail salons.... I just don't understand. We walked in and the guy had limited English so he directed us to the number to call and they got us in in 30 min. Very clean facility plus clean bathroom. Super comfortable chairs. It was cool in there, perhaps coming from AZ heat could be slightly cooler but it's just me, my bf said he was fine. We did 30 min foot massage and I wish I got us more. Those few minutes he worked on my shoulders were heaven. But I like deep tissue, he hit those knots good. My bf said his was gentle just the way he likes.
