I had high hopes for this place, especially after a great experience over the phone. With premium pricing, I expected a spa-quality service, but unfortunately, the facial didn't meet those expectations. My husband and I were looking forward to a pampering experience, but it fell short. One thing that stood out was the price difference--my facial cost nearly twice as much as his for the same duration. Oddly enough, he was taken in before me and came out at least 10 minutes after, which raised questions about consistency. We arrived slightly early, and no other clients seemed to be coming or going, which was surprising for a weekend and possibly telling. While I appreciate not being pressured to buy products, the esthetician didn't explain what she was doing or using at any point during the treatment. I also noticed uneven attention--she appeared right-handed, and the left side of my face definitely didn't receive the same care or detail. On the positive side, the host was friendly, offered refreshments, and handled checkout smoothly with the correct pricing. But unfortunately, good front-desk service isn't enough to bring us back. read more

I heard about Skinfinity through a coworker and was excited to see a medspa coming to this part of Gilbert. They've only been open one week and the area still has major construction going on so the location can be a little confusing, but 15 minutes prior to my appointment, they sent a text with instructions and an image showing where to park and enter - this was a super nice touch and very helpful! The building is beautiful. Mary did my Dysport and she was lovely. She talked through everything with me an seemed very knowledgeable plus she was very personable and friendly. I first went for eyelash extensions, and if you are looking for amazing lashes, you have to go see Liliam! I have had some rough experiences with lash techs in the past, but Liliam truly listens to what you're looking for and is SO good at giving you your dream lashes! I have been seeing her for years now and I always leave feeling my best. I also recently had a hydra facial and dermaplane that were absolutely amazing. I have had several appointments at this Medspa within the last few months. Every experience has been beyond my expectations. I had a couple of facials done and have to admit my skin looked amazing!! But also the girl who performed the hydra facials was very kind and easy going and made the whole experience so relaxing. I've also had Sculptra recently and have to admit I was so nervous about it initially. I didn't want to look fake, just refreshed and I'm anxious when it comes to needles. However- the nurse practitioner Lindsey seemed very direct and honest and comes off as extremely detail oriented and educated about her job. This really put my nerves at ease. She explained how Sculptra works in a way that gained my trust, which when it comes to messing with my face- isn't easy!! To my complete surprise the actual procedure was not painful nor did I feel any side effects from the lidocaine used!!! I am going back for further treatment soon and feel like I will definitely be a long term client of Lindsey's. I really do feel that she says what she means and is not focused on making the sale which seems to be the goal at most spas I've been to. Also to my amazement and relief, I had Sculptra only a few weeks ago and am already seeing some positive effects!!!!!! I am beyond pleased with the experience and outcome! read more
