Alisha, my laser technician is a Godsend. She goes above and beyond to make sure you're comfortable. Alisha is very bubbly, attentive, personable, and communicative. Most importantly, she does phenomenal work. During my sessions, I feel well taken care of. She never rushes. She takes her time to penetrate hair follicles and educates the client along the process. I have light, sensitive skin with dark, coarse hair. My first session was in October 2022. Since then I've seen significant results. There has been barely any hair in the treated areas, leaving me more confident each time I complete a session. No issues with post-treatment pain, erythema, blistering, or dyspigmentation. This was the first real place I have ever done treatment with my face and OMG it's been an absolute delight having Alisha do my face. she was the sweetest person I have ever met in my life. she did the Hollywood facial on me and for the first time, it was pretty nice. right after the treatment, my skin instantly felt and looked brighter, giving me such a beautiful glow. I have now had two of the "total skin" treatments on my face and neck at Lani's - I was a bit nervous because these were a bit on the pricey side, and I was skeptical going in. Everything about my being anxious changed as soon as I walked in - Alisha (the laser tech) took AMAZING care of me and was incredibly kind and acommodating throughout my treatment to be sure I was informed, prepared and comfortable. The procedure itself had been something I had wanted for a while - and it did not disappoint - the results have been amazing and I am so happy with what I am seeing. After my treatement, Alisha took the time to explain the benefits of what was some pretty pricey healing cream, but no pressure sales at all. I ended up purchasing the cream and my recovery with this was literally night and day compared to other laser treatments I have had without it (it was ABSOLUTELY worth it!). So my first appointment today was with Eric, Lani's brother, he is an absolute delight ! Electrolysis on my chin, been plucking for 30 years, worn out so many tweezers its just time to get rid of it forever ! Eric makes sure you are comfortable every step of the way, we used ice packs to lessen the pain and a pinching technique is also very helpful. It was a 45 min appointment. It really wasn't that bad. I have had laser treatments and electrolysis done by Lani. I have been seeing her off and on for about 8 years. I had laser treatments done to my bikini line. If you have gone anywhere for a consultation on laser, they will tell you how many treatments they anticipate it will take based on your hair and skin. Her treatments were effective in the amount of visits she said it would take, which means that the cost was what I had anticipated. I appreciated that greatly. I also saw her for electrolysis. It was effective and eliminated my problem. After I got pregnant, my hormones went out of control, and I again had a problem. I went back, and she fixed it. She is wonderful to work with because she is easy to talk to and takes care of you. Her office is relaxing, and you will feel like a friend. Happy Valentines Day in advance ! I had a phenomenal experience visiting Lani on my 5 th visit. I have started Laser Treatment as well for my underarms. I was taking Electrolysis for underarms for a long time however Lani guided me to switch to Laser only for underarms for rest of areas i am still continuing Electrolysis. She did Electrolysis on one arm and Laser on other. And yes i saw a difference. In First week i saw there was some growth on Laser one but there was less growth on arm with electrolysis. That made me think Electrolysis is better however in next 3 weeks i saw the growth on Laser was just the same and arm with Electrolysis had more and more growth. Also i had shade(dark ) on underarms i always thought how to correct it.Thought of using pubic stone on same. However didn't had to since in one visit only the shade was lighter.Today was my second visit and had got both underarms done in 15 minutes i was completed.
