I brought the receipt expecting a simple exchange and instead was met with a young man with an Afro and a middle aged woman with black hair that told me they couldn't help because it did not have the cardboard backing with the barcode on it. They refused, saying no one would buy it and it was their management that told them this rule and refused to help. I could have gone to any big box store and would have received better service and care. Unfortunately, I will never come back here again even though I was looking to get a bike fitting and considering their services even though it's $250. I'm looking somewhere else!

They all, including the bike mechanic, need some training. I brought my bike in last week because it had a flat. First they said the service for both wheels & 2 tubes wouldn't be more than $120 - the service ended up being $200. The price is fine but why say $120 and then charge $200? I haven't had my bike for more than 2 years, I've never fallen on my bike, I take care of it like it's my child & on top of that, I barely ride it - when I picked up my bike the mechanic said "did you ever notice this dent on the rim?" No, I never noticed it because it wasn't there. THEY dented my rim - probably in the process of removing my tire. Now that's something else I need to fix. 2 days after picking up my bike - it's flat again (didn't even ride it btw). These people didn't properly put the tube. I called them to let them know that I'll be passing by so they can fix it - whoever answered the phone was extremely rude with an attitude. I ended up going to the doral location and it was fixed within 5 mins. But because of the horrible customer service from their gables location, I'll just be taking my bike elsewhere. Too many bike shops in Miami to be dealing with an incompetent one.

A young sales man asked if we needed help. I asked a couple of questions. When it seemed I may only be a "sales shopper" he literally rolled his eyes at me while walking away. I said "I saw that. It's great you're rolling your eyes at us." I left the store. I probably would have spent up to $500 on ski clothes for her for Christmas. I guess that's not enough for that young sales man. This Dania Beach shop , is a massive 160,000-sq ft outdoor destination with a large aquarium, an indoor shooting range, boats, tense, fishing, equipment, barbecuing, bicycles, golf carts, packaged food... and the Islamorada Fish Company restaurant. Unfortunately, I left empty handed. I found clothes & hats in black or white which wouldn't work. Disappointed I couldn't even order other colors from their website.

Some things are comparable in price. I came here recently because I needed some boots for my kids for snow. I knew I could get some online but I wanted them to try it on. They have a nice selection of boots and I had them try some on. Ended up getting them each boots again the price was pretty even to the online selection. They also have all sorts of ski equipment as well as thermals and clothes. The service is also outstanding. When I walked in I was instantly greeted and someone was quickly there to help me select shoes. My only complaint was that they had a lot of sizes out of stock. But if they are it in Miami I get why they don't have a lot of stock.
