I almost didn't want to review it because I wanted to keep this little treasure and it's awesome shoe selection to myself, but I have to give them props and maybe send some people their way. To make a long story short, Mr. R. sport has some killer and rare shoes available basically year round. Mr. R doesn't mess around with all the ugly versions of a shoe, you know the shiny/mesh/urban/camo version of whatever shoe you're looking for and the staff is friendly and cool. On our way to dinner one night the girlfriend and I hopped in to Mr. R and, lo and behold, there were those limited edition Nike Air Force 1 sets of the different basket ball players. What? Yeah, I had to fight off buying more than one pair. Most importantly, you can get whatever shoe you're looking for on e-bay, but it's so much better to see it in person first. And that's what's great about Mr. R. I suggest a visit if you're a sneaker enthusiast.

When I walked in, I didn't receive any greeting. I asked the associate about sizing, and while she answered, her tone felt a bit dismissive and rushed. When I was ready to check out, I was told to wait and ended up being helped last after all other customers had left. I did find the shoes I wanted, so mission accomplished but while the selection is great, the customer service could definitely be improved.

They did have woman's size in all whites so we got her a pair and ended up ordering mine online from finish line because Nike online order was sold out as well for the all white zoom x's. Very friendly staff and some will go above and beyond for their customers. One employee let my fiancee try on her size and when I pointed out some dirt stains, he did clean the stains out for us. He apologized about not having another pair in her size. We will come back if we are ever in the area again. We will definitely recommend this place to others!

I went in earlier today to pick up a pair I was on the hunt for and when I called in to see if this location had a pair, Devon answered -- looked for the color and saved it for me so I can pick up the pair seamlessly. Parking around Lincoln road could be very difficult, so I mentioned that I would be in and out and he made sure it would be quick and to the point. As for the prices, my pair of shoes were not over priced at all + there were a bunch of great finds I saw on sale -- definitely worth checking out!

On the high fashion strip of Lincoln Road my brother decided to embark on a quest for a new…read morebaseball hat. A shining light of hope came through the trees. We saw it from the other side of the mall and headed over. The staff was extremely friendly from the moment we walked inside. They were kind enough to steer my brother straight to the hats that might fit his style and need. He tried a few one and then had a few more questions. The staff was right there again when he was ready to ask those questions. She guided him towards a few alternatives and was patient with all his questions. After he chose a hat and I looked around for a bit, he was ready with his choice. Before he even had to ask someone was standing there ready to ring him up. They were not pressuring him in any way but there to answer whatever questions he had. The selection was great and with the added customer service it was a great experience. The store was also clean and well organized which is nice when trying to find things in an unfamiliar store.

My love for bikini buying started on my last trip to Miami. I bought one expensive one at another store before I found Off the Wall. Each bikini piece is $9.99, which makes it super easy to stock up on 'kini's. In almost any color and pattern. I now own 3 different bikinis from this store and can spend even more time lounging by the pool working on my tan lines. Ya buddy. ;)

I went to the Lincoln road location got the button down shirt that I wanted. Then had to wait at the counter because nobody was working the register. It was quite frustrating because there were several people working but nobody acknowledged that I was waiting at the counter. Then surprise surprise. I get home and the sensor was not removed. So now I get to go back and have the sensor removed. I truly do not understand how hard it is to remove the sensor. Not happy about this experience.

Also, not used enough. Anyhow, I tried on a really attractive pair. I felt like I was walking on air. I guess they started selling shoes recently because I know they did not maybe 6 months ago. Lululemon offers a 30 day no questions asked return policy. You can run and walk in them as much as you want. I bet no one returns them. They are the best sneakers I have ever worn. I even wore them the rest of the night walking around South Beach.
