HORRIBLE! Towed my vehicle, I called and they would not tell me the location of the car, said call…read moreback the next day. Next day I started calling at 10 they said call back at 11 but gave me a 2:30 appointment to retrieve the car. Called back at 11 no answer until 11:15. She said I'm just a dispatcher you have a 2:30 appointment to pick up the car and you will get a text with instructions and fees. An hour later, no text . Called back oh it can take up to 30 minutes to get the text. Called back, oh I'll let the manager know you called. Mind you they close at 4. They are trying to keep the car and increase the fees I have to pay. Beware!
