Do not, I repeat do not bring your rims here to get mounted…read more First of all I brought my rims and own tires in to get mount and balanced. Simple task right? Well I brought the tires and rims and left them in the car bays like the front desk person told me to. I had to run errands so they told me about 1-2 hours. 2 hours pass and I call to check and see if my wheels were done and I was told that they couldn't find my tires? I explained that the tires are there in the car bay. So basically nothing was done in those two hours and no one called me. In the end my wheels were finally done and when I picked my wheels up there's gouges on the inside of the rims and was told that the machine they had had to grip the rims from the inside since they were too big. If this was going to cause damage then either explain the risks or don't do it. Damaged all four rims on the inside barrel but what can I do. I wasn't offered compensation for the damages. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT bring your wheels here.

It's located in a hard to find area in east Delray, but I found it with GPS. They will be moving to a better location. It's a big operation, just spread out between buildings. After my BMW was rear-ended while stopped at a traffic light, they completed the repairs and returned the car to me--delivered by tow truck--with suspension damage still present and a brake warning light illuminated on the dashboard. They claimed the issue was "prior wear and tear," despite the rear strut moving nearly three inches from the mount--making the vehicle undriveable. Car has not moved for 2 months since Classic Collision repaired it. Farmers Insurance, of course, denied responsibility for completing the necessary repairs. A body shop shoul advocate for you--the customer--not the insurance company. Please, for your own peace of mind and safety, find another shop.
