I was surprised when my car wouldn't start but thankfully I was outside of a Starbucks in an upscale area with a lot of people around, not to mention it was a beautiful day. Luckily I was safe and I had a yummy Frappuccino so my situation could have been a lot worse. Geico sent them my info and I was told it could be up to a 45 minute wait but within minutes I heard from the driver. Wayne told me he would only be about 20/30 minutes, how awesome! But the second one, Allen did - he tried to help me start my car without coming (who does that? wonderful!) and when he couldn't help me over the phone he said he'd be there in 1/2 half. He was there in 20 minutes. AAA ever do that? AAA had me waiting in the rain for two hours. Amazing! He was to me within the hour, gave courtesy phone calls to let me know his E.T.A, fast hook up and was ever so gentle with my mustang (has a body kit too)! I broke down just off I-95 so I happy not to have to wait the two hours for another company. Also, his price rate is UNREAL, $70 to hook me up AND tow me from Pompano to Boca.
