Interstate came quickly after a call from AAA. I never got the call/text that they were on the way, but Kilo made it in a timely manner. He provided great service! I never thought I'd be leaving a review for a towing company but I recently had my car towed by Interstate Towing and had such a positive experience I decided to write. The tow truck driver, Kenny, was able to tow my disabled car which wouldn't even go into neutral all while being extremely careful with it. He was obviously knowledgeable in what he was doing and very proficient in his work. Yet again I contacted AAA for a tow. They dispatched this company and after a 90 minute wait they show up with a flatbed truck that was already full. On November 14, 2022 I called AAA for service, after driving to my destination my 2017 Chrysler Pacifica was not able start, they dispatched a service provider to assist me, which was Interstate Towing Inc (Service call#52896)   Firstly, the service provider tried to jump my vehicle with a battery jumper pack, but it could not start, then with the battery jumper pack still attached to my batteries he ran jumper cables from my vehicle to his truck, this resulted is overloading the entire circuits system in the vehicle (the entire vehicle lit up) then the entire vehicle died. He eventually said that he cannot help us because it is now an electrical problem, then left taking the keys with him, We then had to call   AAA again to have the vehicle towed, also had to wait an extra hour for him to return my keys.   The vehicle ended up at the dealership, they said that the entire electrical system in the vehicle got overloaded by the actions of the service provider which resulted in the Complete Damage to the Fuse Box and frying/destroying the negative cables in the vehicles.  These services providers are supposed to be certify and bonded, but it seem as though this guy did not know what he was doing, causing all these damages to my vehicle.   The cost to fix the vehicle was $1294.82 which I want refunded, I was also without a vehicle for 2 weeks while the vehicle was in the dealership. Waited over 2 hours for a tow and was told it would be another 40 minutes because the driver didn't see he was supposed to tow my car and went somewhere else. It was dark, I was sick and wound up having to cancel and get a ride home and leave my car overnight. Don't even think about using this company for towing, or for that matter anything. Through my roadside assistance division of my dealership, they were contracted to come to my condo, and tow my car to the dealer. They came an hour late ( based on their promise), and took my car it was about 1:00 PM. At 2:00 PM my roadside division texted me advising that the job was complete. I called my dealer only to find out that my car was not there. Making the next three hours short, after many calls to this company , and after them lying to me as well as my dealer, my car was first being delivered at about 5:00 PM. The nerve of their staff advising everyone that they tracked the delivery and it was done , WHEN IT WAS NEVER DONE!. Oh, and this company said in its original bunch of stuff that they could not reach the driver as he was on a plane!!!! By the way, I tipped this driver when he showed up at my apt, as I thought it was a good thing to do.. I can only pass this on so the next customer has a heads up. read more

AAA called this service provider and they accepted the call 10 times and cancelled each time. They did not have a dolly system needed for a low clearance call. They accepted the call repeatedly even thought they knew they would not be able to provide the service needed. AAA doesnt tell you who they booked just that a truck would be there in 1-3 hours. Each of the 10 times they accepted the call they never showed up. When I called them directly I asked if they were sending the correct type of tow truck and they hung up on me after telling me they never accepted the call. So either AAA never called them or they repeatedly accepted the call leaving me waiting time after time. My car wouldn't start. I called AAA and within 15 minutes interstate towing in a truck marked AAA was here! The young man, named Stefan Macdonald would not give up trying to jump start the battery. The first few times the car wouldn't start, but he kept on giving it another try. Yes, it started eventually. We were so thankful for his perseverance. He recognized that we are older and did so much to help us. Tried to charge to have a tire change when I have aaa. I told dispatch I needed two tires changed and they didn't say that it was an issue. Had to call aaa and get a different vendor. My car wouldn't start. My friend came to jump start for me but it did not work and seemed to have bigger problem than a dead battery. So I called AAA for a tow truck. It was a Friday night 7:30pm when I called and I because my car is an SUV the tow truck took a long time to come. However I was not impatient as I know these days everything is delayed and especially Heather was very nice she called to keep me updated when the truck will be coming and apologized for the delay. She was too sweet..the fact she remembered me despite a hectic friday night. The tow guy Willie came around 10:50pm he took a look and said lets try to jump start it and it worked. He smiled and advised me to cancel the tow service. Such nice angels I encountered tonight. They must have been so tired working such late hours on a Friday but yet their service is top notched! There is a reason this company has only a 1.9 rating. They are horrible and dishonest. I had my car towed in an emergency situation while rushing my wife to the hospital. The driver told me that there would be a $14 surcharge because it was being towed 2 miles over the $5 limit. I was rushing her into the hospital and just assumed that it would go on my AAA bill. When the driver called me while I was in with the surgeon and demanded the $14 I told him that he should have collected from me before he left. The garage owner where the car was towed is a friend. So, I told him to go inside and collect from the owner. He told me that I must pay. I had to go back into the surgeon's office and they impounded my car and charged me over $70 in fees. When I complained to AAA and they checked out my story the owner said that I never told that to his driver. When I got to the impound lot, the owner of the business told me only the driver can pay. This is a really deceitful way to pick up an impound fee as well as an extra tow fee and surcharge. My advice, STAY AWAY. They also own a company called City Towing.. read more

They deserve no stars. They send the "technician" to my house to simply put my spare on. After having me move my car (on a completely flat tire) out of my driveway onto the street, the "technician" spends thirty seconds "trying" to take off the lug-nuts (didn't really looked like he tried). He failed, mumbled something, got in his van, and left without giving me any more information. Naturally he didn't give his name, but I would have added it if I could. AAA tried to give me Interstate Towing again, however I told them not to send them to my house, and reported them. I DO NOT recommend using this company. My car was in a shopping center parking lot he handled the whole high stress ( for me !) episode in a calm, friendly and professional manner.
