Ladies DO NOT USE THIS TOWING COMPANY. YOU WILL BE SCAMMED. My friend reached out to this company for a tow to be provided for less than 3 miles which costed $170. Which is ridiculous for 3 miles but due to it being urgent she decided to have them come anyway. On arrival the driver stated that the vehicle may just need a jump and then proceefed to jump the car without communicating a price first. After the jump was completed through a jumper box (no other vehicle needed), he stated that the price would be $130 dollars just to jump the car. This was not communicated before he proceeded to jump the car. If it were, we would have not proceeded with the service since it was accessible for us to do it ourselves. He also stated that his price was actually a low price compared to others which charge 170 or 150. He stated that that he had no control over the price and that is "boss" did. My car wouldn't start, tried to jump it that didn't work. When you think of having to call a tow company you think of time and cost and I just want to say what a relief, they came in a very fast time frame, tried to jump it also for me just incase to save me the tow cost but still wouldn't start in the end it was my starter but they're tow price was by far the best price around. Very quick, efficient and affordable compared to other companies. I recommend them percent. Let me start by saying that I have been driving between 5 thousand and 10 thousand miles a month for the last 10 years. I'm no stranger to break downs and emergency towing. I called these clowns because they were local to the vehicle and yelp loves them. The first call was the usual then after getting my details I let him know the vehicle needs to be at the mechanic by 9 pm because they lock by gate (it's 6:50 and I'm 45 min from the mechanic. He tells me "share your location by text" and hangs up on me. Then I get a text that says Tow Service. I send the share, and ask "how long?" This gets no response. After an hour I start calling. Rings to voice mail. Ten times. Finally I text again saying how long, no information, pick up the damn phone. 90 min after I get a call from the tow driver saying he will be to me in half an hour and the cost will be $320.00. This is an outrageous price for this tow, I'd done it no less than 3 times in the last 2 years. I told him get lost and called Monster Tow in Ft Lauderdale. They had the van on the truck 50 min later and the charge was $160. read more
