Do not, I repeat do not bring your rims here to get mounted. First of all I brought my rims and own tires in to get mount and balanced. Simple task right? Well I brought the tires and rims and left them in the car bays like the front desk person told me to. I had to run errands so they told me about 1-2 hours. 2 hours pass and I call to check and see if my wheels were done and I was told that they couldn't find my tires? I explained that the tires are there in the car bay. So basically nothing was done in those two hours and no one called me. In the end my wheels were finally done and when I picked my wheels up there's gouges on the inside of the rims and was told that the machine they had had to grip the rims from the inside since they were too big. If this was going to cause damage then either explain the risks or don't do it. Damaged all four rims on the inside barrel but what can I do. I wasn't offered compensation for the damages. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT bring your wheels here. read more

I used to highly suggest this place but after my recent visit I can't say I do anymore. I came in for an oil change only, they called back saying I needed a list of things. Oil change , wiper blades , cabin and air filter, spark plugs and that I had an oil leak. I told them I'd go forward with the wiper blades and oil change that's it. Shortly later (5min) I changed my mind and I'd get the cabin filter done because it's easier for them and more of a hassle for me. I called back to inform and they said okay and when it was time for me to pick up it was 236$.... I go to receipt and I was charged for an air filter too which was an additional 40$ I asked about it and explained I only asked for cabin and I was responded too with no you didn't.... Don't get me wrong I'm not great with cars but I can change simple things one of, being the air filter. After that encounter I won't be going anymore, I'm positive of what I said and it's more so that I was told I didn't say it then the price. read more

I had a fuel smell on my 04 T-bird and took it to Quality Auto after another shop failed to fix the problem. Julie was fantastic and kept me informed of the progress being made. Francisco -the mechanic-did a great job in diagnosing and repairing the leak. The price was very reasonable and the overall customer service was refreshing and sincere. Horrible phone and in person customer service. Called and asked about location and service. Guy who answered kept making rude comments and then said only joking. Made appointment 2 days prior and then when arrived lady who handles says oh it is starting to rain, when it is sunny out, they we do not do inspections outside when it rains. I have been using these guys for over 20 years...started back when they had a small space at the Texaco on Wiles and University. Eddie and Julie are the coolest husband and wife team you'll ever meet. The mechanics they have working under them are always professional and do great work. You can count on these folks to be HONEST with what your vehicle needs. That's right...an HONEST mechanic! That alone should speak for itself. They might not be the cheapest or the fastest, but they do it right and stand behind their work. If you have to dump money into your car, do it here. I was very happy with their service and honesty. My check engine light has been coming on, then going off, then on again for a couple of months, I finally decided to get it checked out so I was taking my car in for an oil change and asked them to check it out. Since the computer code wasn't specific and my car wasn't acting up he said it wouldn't hurt to wait until the suspected part goes out and then bring it back - it will just be a little bit of a rough ride until it gets back to the shop. He then waived the fee for checking the check engine light. I will be back and highly recommend him. read more

first of all n once n for all they are not quality auto care they changed to a1 quality auto care the original owners eddie n julie wouldnt lie in your face wouldnt do work with out u signing up front a written estimate with what there goin to do n how much the total cost will be with the tax?? n if there's additional work u have to sign to give them the ok if u dont you will get taken?? its florida law u can further the matter with dept of agriculture which is consumer services in tallahassee fl also contact the florida attorneys general office n dbpr who issues licences for all businesses n can suspend revoke licences if u file a complaint with them n last the mv repair who will also take ure complaint there in tallhassee n broward counties from someone who hot screwed from a1 trainee mechcancs they are not quality auto care julie n eddy sold the business to jay a year ago there name is a1 auto quality care they forgot to add trainees)( they litterally destroyed my 1999 honda accord 2 weeks ago they dont know how to install balance shaft belt or a timing belt meanwhile they had to remove other parts to get to the timing case cover n didnt bother to tell me they broke my power steeing pump which is leaking badly there answer well what do you expect its n old car??. so if ure car is older than 2023 they cant work on It thank u Anthony russo read more

I've been waiting for 3 hours. Currently sitting in Quality Auto Service waiting for a radiator cap. Was told 20 minutes initially. Then, "under an hour hopefully". When I ask for an update after an hour, I was told "it'll be here when it gets here." It's been 3 hours now, and I've just been told "it'll be another 45 minutes." Brought vehicle in for servicing (check-up) after specifying that I was driving cross country. Waited four days for an appointment. Completed servicing but found the service engine light on. Asked for it to be looked at given my request for my vehicle to be ready for the cross country trip. Owner stated, while rudely passing to another room without engaging me, that he had already spent too much time on the vehicle. I now have to go to another provider to get the engine checked - to make sure the vehicle is ready for the cross country trip. You can do far better elsewhere. What a complete waste of time and lack of professionalism. Continued: just completed cross country trip with my rv (6 wheeler). I had a blowout along the way. After the tow, according to the service person, found that two of the tires were at 90 psi and one at 25 (side of blowout of exterior tire). These tires are to be pressurized between 65 and 80 psi. I was traveling and AAA recommended Eddie at Quality Auto Service and what a break when I found out about this great "mom and pop" Auto Repair Shop. I owned my own Car Dealership for 11 years and I was never treated as well by shops that I dealt with on a daily basis. My alternator stopped working on I-95 in the Miami area, during "rush hour" so I was in a panic to get off the highway without being left on the side of the road. I was lucky enough to make it to Quality Auto Service, where the first thing out of the owner's (EDDIE) mouth was, "What can I do to make your bad day better"? He literally came out of his office, found me an alternator, installed it HIMSELF, (said he still liked to turn some wrenches) and had me on my way to South Carolina within an hour and a half. My business is in Florida and guess what, I have a truck based near Coral Springs, and Eddie and the crew at Quality Auto Service will keep my vehicle serviced. When someone is this nice to a total stranger, charged a more than fair price and made a friend forever. I would recommend these folks to everyone, if you live near Coral Springs, it will be worth your time and peace of mind to have Eddie and his people do all your service work, I would never use anyone else. Total Rip off, never get a car towed there. they are scammers, do good work, but charge double, with excuses to why they think they can charge so much more for a simple job. Go to Pep Boys or any reliable auto shop. I would never recommend Quality Auto to my work enemy. Way Over Priced!!! shop around first, if you get your car towed there, it is worth the $75 they charge and take it somewhere else. read more

I needed to leave my car there to be serviced, and the guy was even nice enough to drive me to the car rental place. It's obvious they care about their customers. I have used Quality Auto twice for repairs on my wife's Lexus and my BMW. So far I have nothing but good things to say about them. They seem to be very honest and so far have only recommended repairs that are absolutely necessary(in contrast to what I have experienced when going to dealerships for maintenance and repair work). Their pricing has averaged 25-30% less than quotes I received from dealers for comparable work and parts. I am only giving them 4 stars at this point because I haven't had any major repairs done (hopefully won't be needing any). Customer service has been excellent, but don't expect to get a loaner for the day. They can't give you all the perks and keep the prices down also. They are AAA approved (don't forget to ask for the discount). Recommended. read more

They are honest and offer fair prices. The work they preform is trustworthy and well done. They know me when I call (they even sent cards of congratulations when my children were born!) and never pressure me when deciding on a course of action for vehicle care. Dropped my car off at 9:30am was told work would be done same day. Had to call them at 4:45pm to see how much and when it would be ready. They told me 5:30. Then called me back right away to say work hadn't even been started. I had to pull teeth to get the quote for the repair. Went next morning to get the car and was charged $20 more than originally quoted. Not friendly at all,NEVER again! read more
