Main office said nothing about an additional $50 fee, the guy charged it a gate fee because it was going to take him 25 minutes to arrive, which put it after 5pm business hours. Basically you have to have an appointment and be out of the yard by 430 or they steal more money from you. Their sign has a vulture on it, which matches their garbage delaminated trailer office.

Terrible Experience - Predatory Fees…read more I broke down on the freeway Saturday night and by Sunday my car had been towed less than 10 miles by Cascade Towing to their lot in Boring, OR. When I went to get it on Monday, they demanded $710, and warned me if I didn't pay by 5 PM it would be another $100 every single day. By Thursday (my payday), the total should have been $1,010, but instead they charged me an outrageous $1,450. This is predatory, abusive, and feels like extortion. I'm a father of six, raising my kids alone after losing my wife. I work hard just to provide basic necessities like food, shampoo, and toilet paper. Instead of helping a community member in need, Cascade Towing drained my entire paycheck in one swoop. To make it worse, my car's engine was blown and I still owe $10,000 on it. Another company, Trust Towing, stepped in and--after hearing my story--towed my car to Ford free of charge. That's the difference between a company that cares and one that only sees people as a paycheck. Cascade Towing showed zero compassion, inflated their storage fees, and left me feeling robbed. I would never recommend them to anyone. But I will recommend Trust towing robbed real human beings that care about their communitie.
