His name is Andy and he was so kind, courteous, and handled the situation with no problem. What an Asset to this company! He never got nervous or upset, he knew just how to position my car to get it out of my garage and then on to the hitch, which wasn't easy. They were schedule to arrived after 50 mins of request 3:30 pm . After an hour and half of their time I called and call center advices driver was stuck at traffic and it would take an additional 20-30 mins. Well after 1 hour and 20 mins driver calls keep in mind At this point it's been over 2 hours since arrival estimate time.Driver tells me he's just heading his way and it would take him 45 mins / 1hour for arrived. DO NOT USE! WORST TOW COMPANY. My boyfriends trucks had a sensor go out which made his 4 wheel drive go out in the snow unfortunately making it so we couldn't go up the hill that was on either side of us leaving us stuck. I called my insurance and they booked asap towing. When initially booked at 5 pm it said a tow truck would be to me in 2 hours. WRONG. Called the tow company again and proceeded to tell me that it'd be another 5 hours. WRONG AGAIN! Called again since still by 5 am no one has showed up or called and then told me it'd be another 3 hours after already waiting 12 damn hours for emergency roadside. It's a damn joke. Alex, Brandy, Mark and Lance all know how to deliver top notch customer service. I don't think that anyone expects to end up in the situation that they're in when they have to call a towing company. Realistically not having the right people can really ruin the whole experience. But Brandy was super communicative and made sure we were kept in the loop the whole time when Mark was on the way. When he got there we did run into a hiccup and couldn't get my car out properly. They made me feel safe and waited for my friends and I to get a ride back and said they'd handle my car. I'm not going to go into details because I'm still in a claim with my car insurance. But they got my car out safely and Alex really advocated for me and made sure I knew exactly what was going on with my car and what I should expect. He promised me that I wouldn't have to pay anything to them as my insurance should take care of it. They got me out of a really bad situation where it could have been a lot worst and I'm super grateful of that. Now I'm hoping that the dealership and insurance can take care of the rest. read more

Lets start with the negative - the only negative was that they ended up being an hour later than their original ETA. I get it sometimes stuff happens, but I do wish that they had contacted me to advise that they were running behind. On the positive side - when I called them to check the status, their dispatcher sounded genuinely concerned that the driver hadn't called us yet to let us know when he was going to be there. She told me she was going to text him to have him give an update. Not even 2 minutes later the driver called me, informing me he was almost there, and should be there in less than 15 minutes. He arrived in 10. Once he got there he was friendly, polite, and professional. He was also extremely efficient, having my truck up on the flatbed in minutes. Other than the delay, I couldn't have asked for a better experience with this company. read more

Finally called to be told they arrived, tried to call multiple times (they didn't) then were snotty on the phone. No thank you. I was in an accident in the middle of the freeway, and the owner of the company himself came to help me within 20 mins. This company was so quick to offer help, and thank god they were there. Alex, the owner, explained the whole process to me and spoke to the insurance on my behalf. He had my back when I needed it most. Thanks to Alex and Lance for being there at a moment's notice. It's very much appreciated. I highly recommend this company. I was offered a water as soon as i got into the tow truck, and it was exceptionally clean! even the floor mats had virtually no dirt on them. I called ASAP in a pinch this morning, needing to tow our broken down truck out of a construction zone on the freeway. Brandy was super helpful in coordinating the details as I was stuck at work and unable to meet the driver at either destination. Lucky for me, she had a driver dropping off a car less than a mile away. They even texted me a photo when it was dropped off to show me where they parked it. The cost was pretty average, I'd say - definitely less than the amount that we would've been fined had we left it any longer. From phone call to delivery, it took less than 2 hours. I'm incredibly impressed with these guys. Hopefully I won't need a tow again, but if I do, I'll be giving them a ring. read more

I managed to run over a screw in my 3-day old Tesla! The tire went 100% flat and Teslas do not come with a spare. Their roadside assistance service said a ("Tesla Certified") tow truck would arrive shortly to take it to Les Schwab. Ugh, what did that mean? After contacting them an hour after they were were supposed to arrive they informed me this and then said they'd immediately send out a new driver and they would be there in 20 minutes. 40 minutes later, nothing. Worked with this towing company today through AAA, were very fast but as soon as the driver got there he decided to point out things that I very well understood about my vehicle and disregarded my response due to the fact that I am a woman. Decided to say I really just needed a tow today, and in response he got out say he's not towing me anywhere, got back in his truck and left us both in the middle of the road (only after backing it out of my hilled driveway). Called the company and was very happy with the quick and apologetic response to get a new (very nice) driver out here to safely take my bus to the shop. It was on Saturday, after 2 other outfits couldn't do it due to equipment outages for one and the other no one answered the phone, Alex responded right away and came to my aid within 12 minutes, he had a fantastic tow rig that could reach and lift my car smoothly out of a sloping driveway by grabbing just the rear tires, it was amazing to watch, and delivered it to the shop safely as I followed in another car.
