Fabulous service! My teen blew out two tires/wheels on a big pothole, far out on Oxbow Rd, and we weren't sure about additional damage. We knew it had to be towed and we are not familiar with the area. Called Loop because of the location and positive reviews and I am so glad we did! The driver was right on time, kind, efficient and even checked the damage out enough to help me decide where to take it (tire shop instead of an autobody shop). His advice saved us $ for sure. I blew a head gasket in my truck up on 181st and the 84, and left it overnight at the Burger King. Scheduled a tow from Loop Hi-Way on a busy afternoon right before rush hour, and they met me there on the dot. Hooked up the rig, and brought my truck to the mechanic 9 miles away all within 30-45 minutes. Quick service and a really nice dude. The bill was a serious relief, knowing the crater to my savings the blown gasket would cause. It appeared to be reflective in the final charge. Highly recommend this local business. read more

My car overheated after I just got a coolant flush. It started smoking and my check light came on. Honest 1 in Gresham was the company that serviced my car the day before. Everything was great. So, I called them and explained my situation they were great and offered to pay for my tow. I called Loop Hi-Way and was amazed by the customer service. The tow arrived within 15-20 mins. The young guy who was driving was AMAZING!!! He looked under my hood, saw that I had no coolant left and even looked under my car. He was really great. He had great conversation, reassured me that everything was going to be great. I rode with him back to Honest 1 and he drove cautiously and safe and made great convo once again. I didn't catch his name, but if Loop reads this they can probably point him out. He mentioned he has only worked with Loop for only 4 months. They definitely train their employees well! my van was towed from my driveway today because I had some of my car on the sidewalk. I saw the tow truck pull up and I assumed it was for the car with flat tires in front of my house that the neighbors have left there. So my question is why didn't you tow the car that's been there for 6 months rather than my car out of my driveway? Oh wait, I know, because the car that was in front of my house no one would want to get it out of your impound lot. So the driver of your truck just wanted to make money so she chose my car instead. You've got screwed up priorities and Questionable work ethics. And it would be nice if the driver would have knocked on my door and told me. I would suggest that you guys get your priorities correct when doing your job. I am filing a claim with your company. The police department even thought it was ridiculous.
