But our body shop told us they have after hours drop off and that's what we wanted to do and the driver refused and left us stranded. I found Zee's towing on craigslist and have them a call as I was desperate and he gave me a very reasonable rate and showed up in less than 30 minutes. He took me to my body shop where we dropped off our car no problem. This is an awesome small towing company with great character and integrity. 10/10 would recommend. Unfortunately with less than an hour remaining before closing time the AutoZone employees refused to install the battery even though it is the company's policy to install 100% of the products that they sell. We ended up calling Nick back and he came out to the AutoZone parking lot to install the battery for us! This was above and beyond. After being quoted $1500-2000 for every place I called. Even insurance quoted me above $500, Delton was VERY fair with his pricing and picked up my car within a few hours of our call (by 9:45a) and brought it to the dealership in Washington by (2:30p). He was thorough, took pictures and had stellar communication. I do not care what I need towed or transported in the future, if I need that particular service again I'm calling Delton just to see if he wants to do the job.

Except the first time I met her in a PNW downpour the windshield wiper flapped uselessly like a limp handshake. Replacing the wipers was contractual. Basic safety. A correction to meet the State's prim-and-proper dress code. Still met with a laissez-faire attitude. When I picked her up, her glasses were still broken. I took the fix into my own hands--parts shop on the way home, a couple of tenners, a little elbow grease, done. Next up, the key fob. The emergency key was missing, the kind of detail that only matters when it matters. I brought it up, like an old lover who still believes a wrong turn should end with a nightcap and an apology. Instead, it turned from good cop to bad cop faster than a red carpet turns into a doormat. Then Murphy made a house call. The battery went low. She wouldn't let me in, like a partner who caught me gambling with the rent money. I used my one free call to get a locksmith to bail me out. Time and money burned on something promised on the first date. Next the check engine light blinked into life like it couldn't wait to hand me a bill and a lecture. Still loyal, I went back to them instead of the brand shop off the two one seven. One tip slipped across the bar after another. Reassurance she was safe to take out on the town without having to constantly look over my shoulder. It was just a false trail that kept circling back to the same code I heard on the scanner from day one. I was being led on a wild goose chase and suspected I was the stuffing. After months of silence and no new leads I picked up the phone to reopen the case, like a jilted ex dialing a number I know I shouldn't. The witnesses had "left." The records were "tied up." I was told the specifics about the prior investigation were withheld for "legal reasons." It read like the old standards had left the building, and she'd taken her charm with her. Trusting my first instinct, I took the old girl to the brand shop, the place that spoke her native tongue. They handed me the facts. No passing the buck. No song and dance. Workmanship you could hang your hat on. I'd finally gotten the full meal deal, but I'd lost my wallet in the process. I figured I'd give Freeman one last chance to make things right. I'd played this scene before, back when deals were clean and handshakes meant something. Back then, I had a number in my head and they hit it like a sharpshooter. This time it was a slow middle school dance on a wet gym floor, and every step felt wrong. The numbers didn't add up, even the Kelly Blue Boys gave me the kind of look you save for a three-card monte table. Sure, I could take a bruising, but I hadn't signed up to get rolled. The relationship ended with a love letter that read like a case file, our entire history laid out in black and white, followed by a reply that never came. Freeman was a name I'd trusted since I was a rookie twenty years back, the door I knocked on when I wanted a fair and honest deal, the place I sent friends, family, and associates. Somewhere along the way, it seemed they traded the Freeman name for the Saul Goodman Sunday Special. In this town, some places sell you a promise the way a magician sells you a trick. You watch the shine. You miss the move. I gave them every chance to play it straight, but instead I got a different story each time, ended up with the bills, and found myself alone in the rain without an umbrella. Ragged, like a mark who realized the gig too late, I closed the file, because sometimes that's the only win you get. Take a walk. Don't look back. The rain will wash the footprints away.

Wow. These guys saved my ass tonight. I had an extremely scary situation in which my floor mat got jammed up around my gas pedal and my car accelerated almost all the way over a little cliff that left my car's ass literally almost pointing directly up to the sky. I had called 10 other towing companies, none of which could help me and most of them were just not very nice. I got in touch with Anaya Towing and the woman I talked to on the phone (I can't remember her name) was an absolute ANGEL. She was so kind and her sense of urgency was top tier. She had me send pictures and my location and immediately got to work on sending Nate over to me ASAP. She stayed in touch with me and was so responsive and up front about pricing. Nate and his wonderful young lady partner were absolutely amazing and did such a great job maneuvering my death trap of a parking lot and worked so hard to get my poor little car back to planet Earth, doing everything they could to minimize damage to my car (which wasn't even a concern to me because of how precarious my situation was). Nate got my car out in one piece and literally no major damage to my car. Seriously, if you're in a jam, don't bother trying to call anywhere else. Call Anaya first. Rose City Towering did a great job taking care of me on a Sunday morning. I had another roadside assistance company jump my battery earlier in the day and I drove my car around for about an hour thinking I'd be ok. I was mistaken. So, I called Ray's and asked if they'd tow me to my local garage. They said they'd be happy to do that but they also said they'd be happy to jump start my car so I could drive it to the garage because that would be less-expensive for me. - Wait...what? Uh, yeah, cool! Their excellent customer service didn't end there. Their primary (tow) truck was pretty far from me so one of their folks hopped into the service (nice pickup) truck and headed my way so I wouldn't have to wait any longer than necessary. When the gentleman arrived he was great: professional, cheerful, and took care of me very quickly. He also gave me some pointers so I'm better prepared if this ever happens again. I truly can't speak highly enough of the service I received from Rose City Towing. They deserve every one of of the stars above...which is very cool given the crazy world all of us live in these days. read more

My car wouldn't start after pulling over briefly in downtown Portland. I let it sit overnight but no go. I called Anaya towing around 6 am. The dispatcher and owner, Nate, said someone would be out in 45 minutes to an hour. I fell back asleep and after two hours no one had called to say they were on their way. I called Nate back and he personally came down and jumped my car. He reduced the price, since there was an error in dispatching. I consider this fabulous quality service. Towards the end of every battery I usually need a jump. Let's me know it's time for a new battery. I will definitely be calling Anaya Towing with my next battery. God forbid, if I need a tow he will be the first to know. It meant a lot to me that I wasn't left listening to a "busy" line, or placed on a several hour long queue. Mistakes happen, I totally understand how there might have been a breakdown in communication between dispatcher and driver. But Nate made it right and he has my business. Two thumbs up. read more

I have never used Yelp, I Am not much into the whole social media hype. My car was having a rough day and gave up on me in rush hour traffic. I was frustrated and scared of being alone on the side of the road. I called a friend who Recommended Joseph, and Rose City Towing. I called the number and spoke to the owner himself. He made me feel reassured that he would have a driver to me in 30-45 minutes. Not only did they arrive in less time but also gave me a discount for my Husband being in the Service. Gary was my driver and I called early in the am at like 7:40 by 8:25 he was all the way in Beaverton to pick up my car. He hooked it up fast was very professional and referred me to a mechanics who have so far been very helpful. And it was also closer and cheaper then my original destination. He even pulled over cause I had to pee really bad with no fuss or frustration or rush. The first towing company I've used that isn't a true scam. I was helping my mom offload some furniture she had picked up from Costco. She has an insanely steep driveway so i thought it would be easier to park in the grass and walk the stuff down. Long story short, her truck got stuck and i couldn't get it out. These guys were there within the hour (5:00pm) rush hour traffic. Stayed true to their word about what they would charge too. Most towing companies always try to scam you out for more money. I was in so much trouble. My car broke down in the middle of nowhere, and I called every tow company advertised as "24/7", got no answer, and finally was relieved when I got on the line with Rose City Towing. Luckily, I found Towing Elite before I made a terrible financial decision. These guys are dialed in. I got my truck pulled out of a brutal ditch and towed for 40% less than the next cheapest quote. The customer service was fantastic, everything was prompt, and the price was very reasonable. I was shocked they didn't have any reviews. When i spoke with the owner to thank him for a great experience they said they were a relatively new company. I highly recommend these guys! And stay safe on rural roads!!

After 45 minutes they called back Amd said they had no one to dispatch. We called one of those outsourced call center companies. Called True Towing. Beware of this llke this but Olmos returned the call and it took him 30 minutes to drive out and the. The hook up was easy and the drive to the service shop. He's great company and a really nice person Amd even gave us a lift home aa it was on his way. Restored my faith in humanity and good people. Thank you so much for saving us with our flat tire.
