Very good whiskey and wine menu!! Tons of whiskeys, scotch's and bourbons to choose from. The fire pits are lit up outside in the summer time and make for a cool atmosphere to hang out with a group of friends and have some drinks. It's next door to tacos and ice cream so ya really can't go wrong with this spot. Service has always been awesome and very friendly. Great service! Great drinks! We had 90+ people in town for a wedding. 3 days before the wedding about 50 of us had already arrived and wanted to hang out together for drinks. I called at 5:30pm to make sure their staff wouldn't be overwhelmed by our large group arriving all around the same time. I didn't ask for any special accommodations or set up. To my delight, when I arrived they had designated a couple servers and 2 of the fire pit areas for our group. Everyone had a great time and enjoyed the atmosphere. This is both a whiskey bar and a wine bar with a commendable selection of both. I was on the wine track and enjoyed a generous pour of Malbec for $10. Wines by the glass are mostly in the $7 (bubbles) to $16 range. You can definitely get a decent red for $12-$15. Prisoner will set you back $18. There's also a selection of appetizer style food offerings. The Artisan Bacon features 4 bite size chunks of bacon (more like slices of a skinny pork chop) topped with a Brie stuffed fig over spinach leaves and dressed with whiskey balsamic - delicious and great value for $12. The charcuterie boards look great and would be perfect for two sharing (I was flying solo). Next time I'll bring my wife and we'll share the meat and cheese board ($20). Service is great and ambience is very warm and intimate - even if you're sitting at the bar. A bit of a Victorian parlor feel to it. Great wifi too! The only thing that could have made it better would have been a few more dessert choices on the menu. This is a hidden gem. It's been going 4+ years and I only just discovered it. This place is literally so beautiful. Parking was easy to find for me as well. We sat right outside by the fire pit. We were there for a good chunk of time too. I'm visiting from Tennessee and I have friend who lives here. We go here around 5:30/6 and didn't leave till 10. Food was good service was meh. Our waitresses probably saw us a MAX of 5 times in that window. She was VERY Attentive to the table to the right of us. I would see her come out and check on them non stop. I had to ask for my bill 4 times, while she was waiting on the other table I had to walk over and ask her. I had to ask for a glass of water from a different waitress because she never back back. I give the service or my waitress a 1/5. The place and atmosphere 4/5. read more

Came here after dinner one night for drinks and overall enjoyed the experience. Parking was easy (directly behind and to the side of the venue). We sat at the bar as we did not plan on staying long, but the venue has several open seating areas including comfortable sofas, tall chairs, and small tables throughout. Each area allows for a fair amount of privacy without being disturbed by others around you. The drinks are likely what this venue is most known for. Holy options, omg! We went here for some whiskey, of course, and to be honest it was a little overwhelming! Good thing we live close and can come back to try more! First of all - the decor! It's reminiscent of Alice in Wonderland, with gorgeous chandeliers and high ceilings. There are fun chairs with high backs that make you look and feel like royalty (seriously, see pictures for proof). Our waitress was timely, though someone who appeared to be a manager had checked in on us right after we got seated. Since there are so many options, it was super helpful that our server gave us a few recommendations, and I appreciated that one was a local Colorado rec! I ended up going with that one, and I was not disappointed. Boyfriend had one from Kentucky that was also really good. One word of caution - if you like your whiskey or Scotch with a little bit of ice, I'd ask for it in a separate glass. One of the drinks was served with ice and it was lot, more than just enough to open up the flavor profile a little bit. It ended up watering down the whiskey too much unless he would have chugged it, which of course is not what you want to do with a nice whiskey. Such a fun place. We came in on a quiet Thursday afternoon for a snack after walking around GoG. The charcuterie board was much larger than expected and the cocktails were really phenomenal. Service was good and we enjoyed the art and overall ambiance. I'm sure the place would be packed on Thursday-Saturday nights for dates but it was nice to go while it was quiet. Old fashioned with muddled cherries and orange was fantastic and we will go out of our way to go back next time we're in the Springs. read more

After leaving Atomic Cowboy, wandered over to this place. Above the door it says "whiskey and wine". So what's the real name Anyway walking in the place has a great look. Lots of comfortable chairs and couches. Chandeliers for light. In my head I was dancing the happy dance. A nice cocktail bar, the music was nice (gotan project-ish). Our server was nice but not knowledgeable. We ordered ports and martinis. She either didn't know the menu and/or ports. We ordered the 10 year tawny port. She thought tonic & port and asked if we wanted a twist. We explained and got what we wanted. Again she was nice and wanted to help. This was a knowledge and training issue. We also ordered the desert board. Chocolate fondue and dippers. Marshmallows, strawberries, cookies, some fudge pieces. It was fine we ate most of it. But we all thought the cookies were the cookie pack from Costco. I like those cookies, but maybe not the right choice for a desert board from a place that seem to be trying to raise the bar. Last it was a chocolate sauce verses a fondue (not hot and not over a burner) My last topic is the music. As I said it was gotan project-ish. A cool laid back vibe. It mutated to harsh head-banger for a bit. Not my fav at all. But it did change down to something in the middle. I think they need to decide what the theme will be and the clientele they want. If the want walk-in/overflow from Atomic Cowboy, then the more headbanger music is it. It's not the choice for (IMHO) for the cocktail crowd and me. We arrived on a Thursday night for my girlfriend's 68th birthday. After seeing a fantastic show of Alan Parsons. We went to whiskey and wine we were greeted by the bartender, asked if I wanted a drink, and I thought it would be put in a plastic cup. She stated I can take glass anywhere amongst the restaurants and bars. She stated that we can order pizza or food to go and go sit by the fire pit. We went to fat Sully's ordered a pizza and had great service. We walked over to Cork and cask and sat down by an empty fire pit. A gentleman came over and asked us to leave because I had a glass of wine from another place. He stated it was their policy that you cannot have alcohol from other places at this venue. I explained to him that I was told at whiskey and wine with seven other people in uniform that I could take the wine glass amongst other restaurants. Apparently, that was not the case and I was not willing to throw out my $18 glass of wine. I was there for us to leave. He went to ask his manager if I ordered a drink if it would be OK if we stayed. He came back and stated his manager said no, and I was asked to leave. As another business owner, this is absolutely bad customer service. read more
