The crowd pressure is both local flavor and transient, especially in the outdoor recreation warm months. The fact it sits right on the D&L Trail is also a nice point. The barmaid (forgot her name) was very friendly, comparing notes about our college careers and the fact that we were both psychology majors-her at Wilkes and mine at Kings but that being a long time ago. While I was there I struck up a conversation with a few younger guys sitting next to me at the bar while watching football and baseball on the TVs. Overall I had a great time as always and hope to get back there for sure the next time I am in Wilkes-Barre!
