My Honda CR-V is nine years old and sees a lot of time on the road - daily commuting, highway trips for work, beach trips with our dogs, weekend hikes at the park. I haven't kept up the interior very well but the car is mechanically perfect - so, when I saw a Groupon for this business I hadn't heard of before but seemed to be well-reviewed, I decided to go for it. I'm very busy and couldn't seem to find the time to have it detailed, so them coming to me on a day I was working from home was super convenient! They worked very hard for about two hours (on a pretty cold November day, to boot) and did an absolutely meticulous job, getting into all the crevices, vacuuming nine years' worth of stubborn little greyhound furs, shampooing carpets and upholstery, and generally making my car look and smell like new. For the first time in quite a while, I won't be embarrassed to offer to drive a non-family member somewhere. Between the convenience and the very reasonable cost, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. I'll also definitely consider treating someone to a gift certificate from here (would make a great gift for the person who has everything except a clean car) and having them back to make the outside of my well-loved vehicle more closely resemble the now-spotless inside! read more

Made one appointment canceled made a second appointment at his preference he did not show up and he did not call and he hadBoth of his phone numbers on automatic messaging systems. Two messages left On day expected before hour expected. No return calls- did not show up. It was Groupon. He knew that. I wonder if that had something to do with it? Able to cancel through Groupon and get full refund that was one good part about this. I would not recommend him. read more

Wow- solid attention to details! Got the full interior & exterior pkg. Beautiful job! In particular, the interior cleaning wasn't just a spray of carpet shampoo then wipe or vac. It was a full on carpet cleaning process like you'd have at your house with full extraction of the water & cleaning solution. The challenge here was all the stains from spilled drinks in the corners and edges of the carpets (that the other detailers didn't get to). Greg got em all and the car looks like new!! I cannot even begin to explain what an amazing job Greg did on my car. It literally looked more clean (and shiny!) than the day it did when I drove off the lot, not only that, it was back to smelling so fresh and new in there again. He came over at 8:45am on a Saturday (I'm an early bird, so the earlier the better!) and stayed until it was finished, close to noon. I'd gone on vacation for a few days and my mom and dad came to town to puppy-sit and cat-sit. Unfortunately, they scooped some poop and left it in the trunk (in a baggy, mind you!) but it still smelled AWFUL in there. Greg steamed that trunk mat so well, (as well as all of the others) that my car is so fresh again, and I am SO thankful! You could tell he really puts hard work in to what he does, and I couldn't have been happier with the end result. Fortunately, because of seeing the hard work Greg put in to cleaning my car, my sister (who has 4 dogs) will now definitely be getting her car detailed from him soon, as well as my friend that had popped over that day as well. I would give these guys 10 stars if I could! First, I was stunned that they would come out to Ligonier from West View for no travel fee, but they did. They showed up on time, were completely self-managing, and left our two cars looking like they just came off the showroom floor. We're pretty tough on our vehicles (outdoor stuff, horsey stuff, dogs) and I had no idea that they could look this good again! I have had cars detailed in the past, and the result has always been okay but a little underwhelming. These guys deliver what I have wished a detailing experience would be for a reasonable price. Needed my car seats shampooed. Tried a groupon, and scheduled an appointment. Greg cleaned my car for a long time. When he was done, it was immaculate, but also damp. I followed every single direction he gave me for post service cleaning. He even said "if you don't follow the directions it can mess with the sensors for the dash." Again, I followed every precaution. One day after the service, my "Check Hybrid Light" came on. Brought it to the mechanic....guess what. The amount of water used inside my car caused condensation IN the hybrid battery. Contacted Greg for insurance information so they can be billed for a replacement, and have not yet heard back. Traded a functional but dirty car for a car that is clean but doesn't work. Also, if anyone has the insurance information for this company, please let me know. read more

Greg did a wonderful job on my car. He spent about 3-4hs deep cleaning my car, plus exterior. When I saw it, I could not believe my eyes. It looked brand new like straight out of the dealer! I would 100% recommend his services in a heart beat. I did take off one star for the following: 1) Scheduling difficulties. I was a but frustrated at first because of this, but if you're patient and ok with rescheduling once or twice, he's a really great guy, and if I were you, I would definitely give him a chance. Great cleaning service, knows what he's doing and does it well!! Amazing attention to detail, went more in depth than I would expect from any cleaning service. My car's interior looked brand new after only 2 hours, and I definitely plan on using this service again when it needs done. This is my first time leaving a bad review as I don't like to leave negative reviews lightly. I asked to have my car detailed completely including steam wash the car seats, compound the car thoroughly. and then polish the car. The price I got was compared to other quotes on the low side. So I figured I would take the chance. (Always be wary of a price that seems to good to be true). When Greg came to my condominium he told me it would take around 4 hours to complete the SUV. I should have cancelled the job right there before he started because all the other competitors told me it would take a full day. There is no way you can wash, steam wash, compound and polish SUV in 4 hours especially if you are doing it by yourself. Anyway, after he finished the work I noticed the car seats were totally wet and that the two front seats were not even steam washed. In addition, he never compounded the car at all. This I know for a fact because I had to compound some of the superficial scratches which came off when I used chemical brothers compound. What pisses me off was he could have just compounded the major areas that needed the compounding and I probably would have not noticed he did not compound the car. The bottom line was he charged me for services which he did not attempted to do and left me having to compoundl the car myself. A couple of weeks later I left him a text message and told him that he did not complete the job and left out compounding. Of course you can figure out that he never responded to my text message In closing, I would urge those who are looking to get your car professionally detailed not to go to Greg. He works alone and has inferior equipment. For example the steam machine he used was cheap and not at all like the professional steam machine that is used at Total Steam Auto Detailing on Biscayne Blvd. Yes, they are more expensive but their work is top of the line. Lastly, It was my fault when I realized he was only going to spend 4 hours detailing an SUV including Steam wash, compounding, washing, and polishing. Other competitors told me it would take 8 hours and they would have a team working on the car not one person. Also the fact that he would not return my complaint speaks volumes about his character. My car was filthy. Stains on the upholstery and my 4-year-olds snacks ground into the carpet. Grime in all the cracks and dust everywhere. It needed professional help. I contacted Greg and he was available the same day to do the job. Now my car is impeccable inside and out. I noticed there were no detergent or chemical odors inside the car after he was done. This is great because first of all I'm pregnant and second of all I have a small child and I don't want her exposed to harsh chemicals every time she gets in the car. I was browsing for places on Yelp and found this place. I called Greg and he was super cool and very knowledgeable on car detailing. I told him my situation and he told me he could be on his way right then and there. It was very convenient that he came right to my house so I didn't have to sit in a car place for 2-3 hours.
