She even pointed out that making those unnecessary changes could potentially cause more harm than good. That may be for the workers, but the shingles still are not laying flat. I was told they would flatten out with the heat in the summer. Didn't happen, and, I still have shingles not completely nailed down. I also had an issue the winter of 2021 where the ice dam didn't do it's job. As the ice build up in my gutter melted it leaked in to my garage and attic floor. A heavy rain in 2023 also leaked. January 2025, same issue on the ice. I've called Rick about these issues, which he replied he would be by to look at it. Never shows. After the initial roof was installed, he was there the next day to be paid. I don't even want to go into the skylight replacements. Pitiful finishing job. Highly recommend looking elsewhere for a roof.

First, scheduling took over six months -- an unreasonable wait that set the tone for everything that followed. Communication was poor throughout; expect to wait more than 24 hours for a response and to have a hard time reaching anyone at all. The "crew" that actually performed the work was subcontracted out, which was never disclosed. They left a mess at the end of every workday and, once they finished, abandoned their leftover materials in our yard for more than a week. The result? Dead grass we now have to deal with. Worse still, the work itself caused a new problem that didn't exist before they arrived. It took over a month of chasing them down before they came back to fix their own mistake. This company fails on nearly every front -- scheduling, communication, cleanliness, transparency, and quality. Save yourself the headache and find someone else.

No call. The next day I called and again they would have John call. Now it's the next week and I called again. I was told John had just gotten back from being off with the flu and was very busy, but would have him call. No call, so I called again and left a message that if our job was too small, just tell us that rather than blowing us off. I spoke with someone from the office and she said she thought this had been taken care of and would have John call when he got back into "cell" range. Again, no call. One year ago when we had a new roof put on to the tune of $18,000, they wanted our business then and were attentive. I'm very disappointed in ABC.
