I guess my experience with this business is not as favorable as others have had…read more I had requested that my fence line be repaired as four of the 4x4s had been broken off below the ground level. I was expecting they would dig those broken parts out and replace it with new 4x4s and cement them in place. What they did was dig new holes and place new 4x4s near to wear the old ones were. They were supposed to repair one of my two fence gates that had been effected. They fixed one side and even took one of the gate's hardware down and never put it back up. So I am not satisfied, and I gave them the opportunity to make it right and the father of the guy who gave me the estimate came out and told me they would make it right. That over a month ago. I texted them to ask if this was ever going to happen and the response was they were very busy and would get to it. But they haven't. And at this point, I really don't want them back. I am going to have to pay someone else to properly fix my fence. So would I recommend them to another homeowner who had fence work that needed repairing? No. They might be great at some other task, but fixing fences, a least in my particular situation, is not what they are good at.

Our project involved replacing a front walk that had previously been lifted using an injection method from another company. That repair failed because of issues with the base. Silver's removed the fallen walk and broken bricks, rebuilt the base properly, and tied the new step and walk into the porch. The seam is clean, flat, and solid. Jeremy's quote included all the details of the layers and measurements of wood trims to be replaced after spending 3 hours up on our roof/around our house. And he seemed honest and straightforward. His price, on average, was towards the lower side, amongst all the quotes we got. (Compared to roofers who came briefly then asked to come back for measurement or gave quotes without measuring but told me he could look at maps to see my roof; and another that did not give details of what were being replaced....I had a bad leaky roof before this house that we had to fix every year. So I didn't want to guess or worry if the job would be done correctly. Jeremy's detailed quote allow me to research and learn what/why each layer was needed.) When I needed to re-adjust some items that my husband had asked him to do, both Jennifer and Jeremy were open for discussion, eg I wanted to use PVC instead of wood trim and they're ok with it. I just had to pay for the price of material. At first, I expected a crew of 6 ppl as Jeremy had told me, but for my roof, Jeremy referred it to Al who, with an assistant, consistently worked on our roof. He was gentle, polite, experienced; he would educate me professionally when I had questions about the roof. The roof took 4 days of hard labor. It took them another few more days more to finish wood repair and painting on the dormers and around the house. Al worked meticulously to make sure everything was done well and looking great. It was a super-hot week for roof work but Al showed up every early morning, working till late at night on our roof. Some of the trims took him 4 layers of paint to cover but he worked tirelessly to transform our roof and house. He also cleaned up very well, the debris from the old roof and all the nails. Before I gave the job to Jeremy, I had some hesitation because there was a one-star review about them not showing up by a lady, amongst all the 5 star reviews. I called Jennifer who explained the lady who didn't want to put any deposit down but expect them to show up to work. I am glad I went with my own instinct that this is a honest company. They did a wonderful job. Jeremy also replaced 14 window screens for me, added corrugated drains for my downspouts. He gave workmanship warranty and Jennifer also helped us registered for the manufacturer's warranty. About 2 weeks after the work was finished, there was a severe rain storm and we saw a small drip from our exhaust furnace vent so we informed them. Jeremy sent Al right away. Al couldn't find any issue with the roof but he caulked the bottom of our furnace pipe up there, and we did not have any issues during the subsequent rainy days since then.
