Images Jewelers is the only place we shop for jewelry! After working in customer service for all of my career, I am very particular about where I spend my money. I learned about their excellent client service and custom work when my sister needed to special order her husband's wedding ring since she needed an uncommon size. I joined her one day when she was in working with Shawn in the design room, and the personalization and customer service were excellent. Relatable, knowledgeable, and educational. When my now husband and I were shopping for MY wedding ring, and couldn't find what we wanted as we were looking for a stone that wasn't found many places. I popped in one evening, and he and his wife sat with me for WAY past closing, and we talked about what we were looking for, what might best fit our budget, and he went through and did some designing on the spot with their software so I could see what it could really look like. A few days later, I got another email from him with a few more ideas and I opened the email at work, and my excited gasp startled my nearby coworkers! He had really clued in to exactly what fit me, my daily needs, and the artistry and customization was incredible! Any time that I've needed any work done on it (I am a bit clumsy and have busted a few prongs!) they always work on it quickly, my ring comes back extra clean and better than ever! We have since had them do anniversary jewelry (custom cufflinks and earrings), a semi custom pendant, and this year my Christmas gift is a magnificent, one of a kind piece that I'm DYING to have right now! We have also bought beautiful things from their cases during their great holiday sale for special gifts- and they do a beautiful job with the gift wrapping so that takes even one more step out of my to do list! Anytime I have questions, or want to bounce an idea off Shawn, he is always realistic with me, educational, well versed in the metals and stones we are working with, and always goes above and beyond no matter the size of the project. Nothing is impossible with Images Jewelers! My husband purchased my custom made wedding ring there 20 years ago. I made the mistake this year of having another jewelry store solder an anniversary ring to my wedding band. My wedding band is a little unusual with different dips and bends. So once the anniversary ring was soldered on, it didn't flow or fit right next to my wedding band. I didn't like it at all. I asked the other jewelers store to unsolder it. They told me they couldn't do it without causing a lot of damage to both rings. I felt sick. So I lived with it for a month or so. Then it hit me..... Images..... If anyone could fix this, it's them! I took my ring over and they assured me my wedding band would be fine, the anniversary band...... Maybe not so much. I took my chances. They told me it would take 5-7 days. TWO days later I received a call, my rings were done and both were fine!!! Not only were they fine, they looked gorgeous and like new!! I am sooooo thankful to Images jewelers!!! Never again will I shop any place else for my jewelry needs. Oh, and when I was in the store, looking around... I was in awe at all their stunning jewelry in the cases! Came into this store while visiting some family in Indiana, looking for a small custom piece for my girlfriend as a surprise. Their employee's were extremely kind and helpful, and very knowledgeable. They did a great job of creating a piece that matched my ideas perfectly; their team of designers are very professional. The store is also thoroughly clean and impressive looking, very fancy. When you go inside, there are so many stunning pieces that catch your eye. This place does high end custom jewellery, without the absolutely untouchable price tags. When I walked in I was greeted cheerily by one of the employee's, and never felt rushed at all during the whole experience. I also got to meet the owner, Bob, who's a super nice guy, and after meeting him you can tell why he's been so successful in the jewellery business for so long. He's an expert, and he only hires the best designers. Very satisfied with my experience, definitely recommended to anyone near the Elkhart area (or in Indiana in general) that's looking for beautiful custom made pieces. I recently inherited a 1970's Rolex. I had no information about the watch but knew that it had been taken to Image Jewelers for service over a year ago. I contacted Image and spoke to Shawn. He not only researched his records and provided me with a copy of the receipt but followed up and found the original service estimate showing the work completed. I assumed he was finished but a week later he called and told me he contacted Rolex and requested a copy of the warranty card and the paperwork they had on file and would be mailing it to me. Shawn took a strong interest in helping me find out about my watch and provided tremendous customer service especially when you consider I am not a customer and live out of state. Images has been a life saver for pretty much every occasion. Anniversaries, birthdays, Valentine's Day, Christmas. I usually go in lost, just wanting that exact right gift...and I leave with something perfect. It's been a go to place and my wife is always thrilled.
