Communication is slow, inconsistent, and often dismissive. The accounting team, in particular, has been rude and unprofessional -- instead of solving issues, they make the process feel adversarial. For a company of this size, I expected organization, accountability, and basic respect for partners and customers. What I experienced felt like the opposite. What bothers me most is that there doesn't seem to be any focus on building long-term relationships. It feels transactional: they get what they need and leave everyone else dealing with the mess afterward. I genuinely hope leadership takes a serious look at how vendors and partners are being treated, because the current experience does not reflect the reputation they try to project. I give them less than a year to fold

We walked in expecting a quiet lunch and quickly realized the World Cup was on. The screening room was packed with members watching the match, and it was fun seeing everyone so invested in the game. Since we wanted to catch up, we headed to the garden patio instead. There were plenty of people enjoying lunch outside, though it never felt loud. We never had to raise our voices to hear each other, which made it easy to relax and enjoy the afternoon. Our server was fantastic. She checked on us throughout the meal, kept our drinks refreshed, and always seemed to know when to stop by and when to give us space. We never felt rushed, which made the afternoon even more enjoyable. We started with the calamari to share. I ordered the Faroe Island king salmon with sautéed spinach and chimichurri, and my friend had the chopped salad. The salmon had a beautiful sear and was cooked perfectly, while the chimichurri added just the right amount of brightness. We each ordered the cucumber cocktail, mine with vodka and his with gin. It was crisp, refreshing, and exactly what I wanted on such a hot afternoon. It paired especially well with the salmon. One detail I really appreciate about Soho House is its no-photo policy. After spending a few hours there, it made perfect sense. Around us, people were catching up with friends, having meetings, enjoying lunch, or watching the match without phones constantly pointed around the room. It made the entire space feel more relaxed, and I found myself appreciating being somewhere that encouraged people to be present with each other. Nothing felt forced or overly formal. We were able to settle in, enjoy a great meal, and spend a few hours catching up without ever feeling like our table was needed for the next reservation. By the time we left, I completely understood why so many people enjoy being members. One last detail worth mentioning is valet. The attendants were friendly, professional, and efficient. It's a small touch, but it made arriving and leaving effortless.

It's a nice spot, sweeping views of LA with both indoor and outdoor seating. They have a bar, good brunch menu and apparently a brunch buffet on Sundays. Pros: great wait staff, very accommodating and eager to help. The food is pretty good and the cappuccinos are amazing! Clean, good vibes and very chill. Cons: limited menu, limited wine list and it's a members only spot. For being members only exclusive dues I expected a bit more upscale food and bevvys. If I had to pay for the membership this would not be my spot, it doesn't live up to the price. It's nice enough but it's not that different than visiting a nice restaurant. I'd go again if I was invited but you won't find me dishing out to become a member here. Show me something more than views of LA in a "nice setting." Give me something standout for the $4k!

This last delivery order was absolutely terrible , especially for the money. I don't think the ownership has changed but it sure seems like the management has decided to cut corners on quality and chefs. This food is not even close to what the food was when this restaurant originally opened. Honestly I'm a bit surprised they're still in business if they're serving food that is this mediocre at that price point. Not sure I'll ever eat here again. All portions were really small. Only giving it 3 stars vs 1, since the food use to be amazing. When it opened it was in the top five best restaurants in all of Los Angeles and for many years. Baked Crab roll 8.5/10 - use to be amazing, but it's just good now. Vibes and layout was MC all the way. The pre purchase ticket came with the option of only two drinks which I wish the whole cocktail menu was available. Otherwise the cocktails were okay, nothing amazing and definitely not worth the price. There was also limited seating-- I wish they provided more seating options to the tickets sold. The karaoke booth was also a great idea but the music in the head phones was different than what was playing in the actual booth so made it confusing. Also the $9.99 price for two songs was definitely a money grab and didn't understand the booth so we lost out on one song. Overall, fun idea but could have been better.

Well I decided to surprise her for her birthday (but my dad killed the surprise). First off, let me start by saying the restaurant only has bar and patio seating. The inside is being renovated due to the fires so we had to sit in the freezing cold at 7:30p. The staff was great by providing two heat lamps for our table. Once they finished, the waitress came over and took our order. I went with the surf & turf, while everyone else went with the fish & chips. I loved the lobster, peas and mashed potatoes but my steak was a little too fatty for me. I cut off the fat and ate the middle but it was still a lot of fat left. I don't think it was worth the price but it was good. Everyone else enjoyed their fish & chips and virgin Pina Colada's. Lastly they brought out an ice cream cake for my mom's birthday, which tasted exactly like the Bob's Big Boy hot fudge ice cream cake (brought back so many memories). Overall, Gladstones is still legit but needs a little work and they are working on it. Be patient but in the meantime, I'll still support. OOOC 3.5 out of 5 Afros
