She was patient with us and willing to spend time with us, answering all of our questions. Velvet is friendly and gracious, which made us feel comfortable while shopping. We were the only ones in the store and she wasn't busy doing anything but just sitting there. We did ask her a couple questions. She gave us quick short answers and that was it. I've been in sales my whole life and spent many many years coaching training and developing sales people and I was absolutely shocked that, BJ Combs was not interested in whatever we might have been looking for...
