At times, there have been multiple repairs that have to be made, and they are amazing at prioritizing the order of repairs for us. The shop itself is no frills, efficient, and we have had no issues at all with customer service. We have always left feeling like we got a great deal on parts and work performed. They have a cool computer system that will list the work needed, and you can accept or decline through text. Additionally, the repairs have always been completed in the specified time frame, and as far as I can tell, it is pretty quick. We have had cars inspected there as well. I've gone in for new breaks and for a state inspection. I like their texting system where they give you all the details of what should be done to your car and they clearly outlay the pricing. They also don't just jump to do it, you can either go and take your car back or approve the work to be done. The inspection process was also super easy for my husband and I. I know other reviews mention running into issues with an inspection here-- that was not what both my husband and I experienced. They gave a clear list of everything passing and had us on our way. This was my first time at this auto service My van had been…read moremaking a noise every time I turned right....I let it go all winter, it sounded expensive!!!! I finally gave in and went to Smittys because it was walking distance to my house I told them about the noise and my check engine light was on, I didn't know why. I also asked for an oil change. I walked home expecting a call letting me know how many hundreds I should bring when it was fixed. A few hours later they call and tell me it was a shield that was bent and hitting the rotor, they bent it back for me, no charge The engine light....gas cap was not on tight! No charge! I had a check engine light on and they quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue as well as gave recommendations for other needed services. I don't know tooooo much about cars but I like to 'shop' around and found that they seem reasonable considering how much things cost these days- cars and labor are expensive! I will be back here again and would definitely recommend to a friend! *They do have a $150 bench/diagnostics fee but I found most places are doing that these days and the fee does go towards the work if they can solve the problem in that timeframe.
