I was in the area and had time to kill and knew I needed a pedicure and when I Yelp'd at places…read morenearby, this place had some good reviews so decided to give it a try and did a walk in. I got seated almost immediately. The lady that worked on my toes offered to do a callus removal which I agreed on (only to find out after that she did a horrible job and my feet feel all scratchy after I left the salon). Additionally, my big toe nails were clipped crooked. She also did not listen to the color I wanted which was "Funny Bunny", she continued to paint my toes with a color I said I didn't want because it was almost a clear white and she kept insisting on putting multiple coats to fix it which I said I didn't want. I left with uneven toe nails and color that doesn't cover most of my toe nails! I paid $68 for the pedi and tipped $10. Worse pedicure of my life and it was stressful. What a waste of time and money. Do not recommend and absolutely never coming back.

It's very clean and calming, and didn't have a strong chemical smell like some salons do. All of the nail techs were very friendly and helped with making the nails look awesome! Kim did mine and she was super nice and easy to talk to, but also good with silence, I was watching the tv behind her showing a lot of the services they offer. She did a really great job, a classic almond shape French tip. My 16 year old had Bea and she helped with picking the right technique (gel x) for the tortoise shell. My daughter is very quiet but Bae didn't make her feel uncomfortable. Her nails look pretty cool too! My other daughter got a gel builder like me and has a slight design with polka dots, Linh was nice and ok with silence, she asked for my daughters input with th nails and made sure they came out the way she wanted, they look so pretty! We will be back for the next event we have, they did such a great job, totally recommend them!

It looked like it had been there for days and was infested with 100s of gnats flying around. I let the workers know, but they seemed completely unbothered. That should have been red flag #1. When it was time to be seated, I was placed in a chair that the previous client had just left. It hadn't been wiped down and was still covered in leftover leg/foot scrub all over the seat. I had to ask them to clean it before I could sit. Once seated, I really took in the condition of the salon and was shocked. The floors were extremely dirty -- old cuticles everywhere, nail clippings, dust, and trash -- like they hadn't been cleaned in weeks, if not longer. The final straw was seeing three cockroach carcasses near our seats: under the tables and by the entry chair (which we noticed as we were trying to leave). I couldn't believe how unsanitary this place was. Overall, the cleanliness was unacceptable and made us very uncomfortable. We will absolutely not be coming back.

Instead, the finished nails were incredibly thick, uneven, bumpy, and had visible air bubbles. The French tips were inconsistent in shape and width, making the overall look sloppy and outdated rather than clean and refined. My thumb had already started chipping almost immediately after the appointment. Because I wasn't satisfied, I returned to ask if my concerns could be fixed. Instead of listening, the nail tech immediately argued that the look I wanted could only be achieved with Gel-X. This was confusing because I've had simple French tip gel manicures done at multiple other salons without any issues. I explained again that my main concerns weren't about the technique. It was the excessive thickness, uneven application, bumps, air bubbles, and lack of symmetry on all 5 fingers on my right hand. She then said she would file the nails thinner, but immediately started aggressively filing one of my pinky nails without paying attention to the shape or symmetry. It became noticeably uneven, and I had to stop her because I could clearly see it wasn't being corrected properly. At that point, she decided to remove the entire set and start over. Unfortunately, the experience only got worse. I have a medical condition that weakens my skin barrier and cuticles, and the way she used the cuticle e-file was extremely painful. She also removed the gel very carelessly, leaving behind a significant amount of product residue instead of fully cleaning the nails. Throughout the entire experience, I never felt confident in her gel application technique. The polish remained thick, uneven, and lacked the smooth, refined finish I expected from a professional gel manicure. Despite the poor workmanship, the discomfort during the service, and having to return because of the quality, no refund was offered. I ultimately left without getting my nails redone there because I no longer trusted the quality of the work. This experience was disappointing from both a technical and customer service standpoint, and I will not be returning.
